Love Their cookies but could be cooked longer

I have never ever thrown away a crumbl cookie. EVER. When they have chocolate chip I usually get just one. This time I got 2 because I hadn’t had it in a while. It was only 1 girl working and 1 kiosks working. Kinda crowded with DoorDasher and UberEats so wait time was a bit longer and again it was only one girl working so I understood that. She was very nice and hardworking, not rude or established an attitude so the 3 stars are for her. I asked her to put my cookies in the Same box and she had no problem with that. Thanks a lot.

However, my cookies ? yuck. Hard as a brick and taste like they had been sitting out or in the freezer. So I thought well I’ll just warm them up with I get home. Although I’m used to them being fresh, warm, and soft when I order them. But me warming them up when I got home made it even worse and the taste was super sweet. It’s was just nasty overall. I was so disappointed I didn’t even eat them. That’s a $10 waste. But it’s okay. I may just have to give up on crumbl this time and start going to Batch in Gilbert

There was nobody to help, so we had to order at the kiosk, and not able to use cash. We ordered 4 cookies, but 1 was going to another location. They refused to give us an extra box.

Crumbl cookie has been a favorite dessert of mine from when it’s opened I love the sweetness they have and the different flavors they make every week overall I am always craving it.

Kid-friendliness: Workers are always kind and hearing for those kids who love to order and help them decide what to get and what’s their favorites.
