I had a headache so for the first time I ordered curbside. I prepaid with a tip. Big no-no! I told them twice on the app that I was there, all the while sitting there watching the 3 gals more interested in their firepie bags and hiding out in the back! I had to go in to get more order. No apology. Workers dont care about customer service anymore. I feel like I wasted my money.

I accidentally placed a pick up order for the wrong location. This location being the wrong location, since I was all the way in east Mesa. I had called to see if there was anyway to do a refund or anything and “Josie” answered the phone. I work in customer service myself and I was calm and just asking what we could do. The girl on the phone was being very rude. I explained that I could not come pick up the order since it was rush hour and I was so far away. She ended up being cold and just saying it would take a while for me to be refunded and then just hung up. I was being nice and just trying to have a conversation. I didn’t appreciate her service.

I pre orders Olivia Rodrigo cookies in the app. The cookies were not ready when I arrived. Sales person told me it was sold out. I stated I had preordered and then she went to the back to get some. She dropped the box on the ground and expected to pack my cookies on the dirty box, she touched the floor and face with the gloves, she did not change gloves and proceeded to touch all my cookies with dirty gloves. She stood talking with her coworkers and laughing holding cookies on hand, did not make my cookies until her conversation was over. She broke one cookie and still placed it in my box. She prioritized her personal conversations over serving customers.
I live eating the large cookies and saving them for later they are the most sweetest treat u can have
