I ordered a ice cream at the driver thru. There were no cars behind. The girl at the drive thru opened the window a minute later saying to pull forward which I did. Waiting another two minutes. She came outside saying to move forward again very rudely. I asked where. She gave me attitude and didnt say exactly just to pull forward again. At this point it was the end of the curb. After waiting five minutes I went inside. I went inside to figure out what was going on and one of the other workers handed me my ice cream. I had the receipt but had no name just order taker. This was May 28th 2025 @8:05

Every time I come through the drive through I ask for a single deluxe basket. Then they proceed to ask me if I want a single or double and the next question is- do you want the basket. Not a big deal just sayin. There’s always a bit of a wait for your order so plan extra time compared to other drive thru’s. Always great service though.

Went here and they have total of 5-6 times messed up my food and gave soggy fish that had so much oil in the container it made the fys soggy. I returned to the location to speak to a manager and was told no manger was there and they stated couldn't do anything for me as it was the next day and I didn't call, this is crazy to think I was there in person and with my Receipt and refused to do anything but take complaint and wait to hear back. Very unhappy.
