Every time I come through the drive through I ask for a single deluxe basket. Then they proceed to ask me if I want a single or double and the next question is- do you want the basket. Not a big deal just sayin. There’s always a bit of a wait for your order so plan extra time compared to other drive thru’s. Always great service though.

The mobile app is pointless to use as after checking in I waited for 25 minutes in my space. Saw several cars in the drive Tru come and go with larger orders. I had to walk in to get my order which was sitting to the side and was lukewarm. No explanation or apology was offered. Left me frustrated and not sure if I'll ever use their app again.

Parking: Plenty of parking, near and in the back.

Kid-friendliness: It's a nice atmoshphere. Family friendly. You find something for everyone.
