My wife and I were in a mood for ice cream. We got a 3 scoop and a 2 scoop flavor of the day. The 3 scoop I received was a bit runny as if it was sat out or it's not staying cold enough because we received our ice within 2-3 minutes so it shouldn't have already been runny. The 2 scoop seemed as if someone just took the cup itself and scooped the whole cup with pecans to the top with barley any ice cream. My wife and I are unsatisfied..

Here's an idea. When an uber or doordash ice cream order comes in..... you wait until the dasher gets there to make it!!. I live right around the corner so distance is not the issue. So simple.

We used to frequent this location, but unfortunately, it’s gone downhill recently.
For our most recent order, our first delivery driver waited 30 minutes, but the order wasn’t ready. It gets reassigned to a new driver, who also waits 30 minutes. Still no order. Then the restaurant cancels.
On occasions we have received our order, we’re often missing items.
Overall just a bad experience. Too bad because it used to be a great location. Not sure what happened, but it’s not worth going back again.

Bathroom was a bit dirty but not employees fault just the area. I was happy with how energetic and polite employees were. They made lunch with my family enjoyable with thier positive attitudes on a holiday. I appreciate them and would gladly visit again.
