My wife ordered on line and we waited 10 minutes after before I walked in to get the order. I ask if my order was ready and they told me not yet so I waited, and waited and waited while people got food and ordered and got there food for about 20 minutes before I asked about my order. Well my order had been done and sat on top of the windows and instead of anyone asking me if I needed help I was ignored and my food wasn't warm. When I asked about my orde I got an unfriendly person that acted like I was more of a bother. She got my order and my drinks knowing I had been standing and waiting for over 20 minutes. I was very dissatisfied and will not return to that location. I was a chef for over 20 years and would never allow service like that in my restaurants.

Horrible customer service. All they care about is stats. Drive thru times and stuff. You have to sit in the sun while waiting for your food to be brought way out into the parking lot, just to make their drive thru times go faster.

Update a year later- a year ago I had really bad service here and I wrote a bad review and thought surely that was a fluke and stopped in here again this evening If I could give negative stars would do it am a big fan of Culver's and eat at a lot of their restaurants, this is the dirtiest nastiest Culver's I have ever been in, honestly am completely shocked at this place because I have never seen another one like it - there were five or six employees hanging out in the dining room chatting with each other with every table in there filthy, waited on my food forever and finally went up to get a refund and they can't do anything because none of their cash registers have paper in the receipt printer, they can keep the money, I just left and I will never ever set foot in the store again

Decent burgers. Lots of options. Delicious root beer! My only complaint is that the onion rings are very lame. The onion inside the dominant crust is cut so thinly that you don't taste it much.

Not my kind of place. Seems more for seniors. Lettuce seemed old on the chicken sandwich and it was very dry. Kids chicken nuggets were rock hard and the fries were salty.
