I drive for Uber and Lyft all over Phoenix.
This restaurant by far has the dirtiest men's bathroom ever.
Poop stains on the walls, floor hasn't been scrubbed in months.
I generally judge a restaurant by its bathrooms to determine if I want to eat there.
However I did order and found the food to be acceptable.
Can't see in the kitchen.

Same complaint as everyone else, this location takes waaaaay too long, hope you don’t have anything to do for a while because there is nothing fast about this place.

Edit: then I get home and I’m charged for extra items that i don’t ask for! I have onion rings that I didn’t ask for and the burger bun is smashed flat like a pancake. This location sucks!! Worst in Arizona maybe the country!!!

I got delivery. Received a screw in my pop. I sent email and called to just report it to the manager he said I'll have owner call took my info and have never received any updates maybe my money back for the pop. Because I couldn't drink it obviously. So I decided that no response ment who cares . Well people who purchase care. I was going to upload a Pic but it dont let me. So heads up guys.
I probably would have let it go had they reached out and apologize.

I really hate to keep dishing on this location. I love Culvers food, but this location, completely sucks.....I went back, 12/09 and ordered a single deluxe and medium fries. To Go. I got home, 5 minutes away from the Culvers. The fries were cooler than they usually are when I order takeout, but the burger.....The buns were cool to touch, the patty was cool to touch, there was a slice of American Cheese that was not even close to melted. They just took the meat and buns, and did not even try to heat it up so I could get even a little melted cheese. And it took 10 minutes for them to deliver this to my car. I keep coming back because they are so close to my Home, but I just do not see why my food is always horendous from them. Others have to be getting the same crappy food, they just dont say anything. I keep saying I wont come back, and this may be it. I have tried to reach out to Corporate, and they do not care either.....Sad, because it is the closest decent burger near my home, and they dont even put out a decent burger any more. Too bad Culvers....This is going to be it for me. I come back to this culvers hoping that things will improve here. The food is ok, not great, It is fast, and for the most part edible. Tonight I went through the drive through and ordered their new pub garlic burger. I actually waited for 20 minutes outside the drive through. The fries were warm and average. The burger I got looked like it had a 5 lb weight on the bun. It was totally smashed. It was an average burger, says it had a garlic mayo on it but I couldnt taste any garlic. still warm, but so ugly to look at. Maybe today was the first day you were selling it, but you should get your system together on this one. I try to let you know that you miss the mark more than you hit it. but nothing every changes. Last time you sent me to a website to put in a complaint. The website was difficult to put in my experience, and I never heard from corporate. You guys do you. I am going to take another break from you. It never changes, its always just ok.....

As a Midwesterner I'm very disappointed in this Culver's. Slow, MASSIVELY overpriced, and their drive thru is not organized like a drive thru? The entire point of a drive thru is speed and ensuring your order is not forgotten or delayed. Instead, here, you go through the drive thru and they immediately go make you park across the lot??? No, that's not how it works, I'm sitting here. If you want me gone, bring my food. I know exactly why they do it too-Corporate has metrics for time so if they make us leave the drive thru line, their times look better. Left a foul taste in my mouth that three employees came out trying to get me to move to the exact right place instead of concentrating on their jobs.

I'm sure this is corporate policy, and I'm here to tell you it's stupid, inefficient, and angers the customers. I will never eat here again.
