General Manager Kayla has absolutely no costumer service skills and I was thoroughly taken aback. I’ve had multiple encounters with her and none of them have been pleasant. I’m finally fed up.

I absolutely loved this place! The food was delicious, decent price and the manager was being so friendly ! First time in and you get free potstickers that were so yummy! Definitely recommend this place if you're in Westgate

Tried veggie cupbop with a choice of tofu and veggies. It comes with rice, noodles and their sauce. I went with their standard 7.5 heat sauce and it’s the main star of the meal. Delicious sweet spicy and salty sauce. Uber Eats have BOGO which makes it even better. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Inside ambiance isn’t great but it’s in desert ridge mall. So you can eat outside with great lively atmosphere.

Ordered Delivery but instead of contacting me about an out of stock item, they just said they'd give me a refund. Now I am out half a meal and as of writing this review, I still do not have my refund. Completely unprofessional.

Service was fine. Gentleman at the counter explained how the bowls worked, went over the food, the sauces etc. I suspect if I had asked for fresh food, he may have even given me some! But not sure how long the wait would be i ordered what they had, and boy that stuff was rough. Maybe 12:30 on a Monday is a bad time to go, but that food had definitely been sitting out for a long time. I used to work for a panda express in an indoor mall years ago, and could tell that food had been sitting for a while, but didn't want to be a fuss and was in a hurry so didn't say anything. Dry as heck and also just didnt find the way the sauces mixed, ordered a 7, worked very well together. Got their tangy fried chicken nugget entree and the dumplings/potstickers on top of the rice noodle and cabbage. The fried chicken was dry and pretty gross, and the dumblings crease was really hard to chew through, with the rest of the dumpling being fine if not bland with the sauce soaked in. Pretty much only ate the soft bits of the dumpling, and didn't finish the bowl. Rice noodles and cabbage was just bland, the sauce didn't do much for it. Leaving this review for the owners and workers. I know it's hard keeping food fresh while avoiding food waste during the slow times, but that was pretty bad.

The food was pretty good, the staff was really nice but i couldn't believe that they would have them working when the air conditioning is out. 92 degrees and said it has been a couple of weeks. Bathroom urinal out of service and dirty. I hope the staff get to work in better conditions soon, not a great look for desert ridge.
