I don't have any thoughts on improving my experience at CVS. I am greeted by an outstanding young lady, Kylea, who has a smile for everyone and offers her assistance if needed. She multi tasks effortlessly. I worked for a Fortune 500 company for 30 years, all in management. I can say Kylea is a diamond in the CVS employee force. It is awesome to see her being outstanding every time, I go into CVS. Thank you Kylea

Never used this CVS till today. Needed a copy says they can have it ready today and yet I show up and there so no working copier or computer what a joke won't be back thanks for the first impression and do Phoenix a favor and take down that you have a WORKING print center when you clearly don't!! Wasting my gas and wasting my time online making an order.

Hey corporate.. fix your Roadie orders so drivers pick up prescriptions at appropriate time. Why should I have to wait hours for your pharmacy to open? I could cancel 4 orders right now I've been hanging onto over an hour waiting on your pharmacy to open. That means Roadie won't give any other gigs which equals loosing money waiting on your company. Unacceptable. Your western medicine pill poppers need their legal drugs and I need to get on with my day and make money!! Sittin in front of your trashed out parking lot not fun. Anyone home at corporate???

“Manager” Ali was rude and condescending. He was on a personal phone call and annoyed that he had to assist another employee. My coupon was not available because the item was on sale, however there was no signage to indicate that it was on sale. (no problem- I know the rules) Instead of telling me it was on sale, he spoke down to me insisting I was using the wrong card, that I had entered the wrong phone number and I didn’t know how to use the app.I only discovered the “sale”, & just how wrong Ali was, by going to another CVS.My advice: go to Tatum & Cactus CVS - Bill was friendly and helpful

This store is outstanding! The manager personally greet you when you come in and is so friendly to everyone. The cleanliness of the store is what struck me the most. I highly recommend this CVS.

Very rude staff unable to help when coupons don’t work.The manager—Ali, who was having a personal phone call, while on duty—on site October 1, 2023 talked down to me and refused to be helpful and even said “I’m not going to explain this again.”Avoid this location at all costs and find better service.

This has be been my Go to Pharmacy for the 4 1/2 Years I have lived in Paradise Valley. Customer Service person knew her inventory and helped me maximize my discounts. I only buy from CVS6 years ago they refused to carry or sells tobacco or any related products.CVS is a Nationwide Operation

Very short staffed know they were doing good customer service. Pharmacy not too bad. Also shortstaffed maybe they need to hire more people. I’ve seen a lot of bad reviews but it’s not really that bad. Sometimes people need to understand one person can’t take all the blame. Nice place

This pharmacy will not apply coupons to prescriptions that are controlled substances, though many other CVS will, since this location cares only about the insurance companies making a profit off patients. Send your prescriptions to a different location, doing so saved me $300 on one prescription.

I just brought this this morning. I was wondering why is tasted a little funny. So decided to check the date. Expired January of this year. Not once but twice. Please check the dates on your purchases.

This is my CVS and I regularly go here . I know like everyone they have staffing issues and sometimes it might take time , but overall everyone in that pharmacy goes above and beyond without whining about it . ThE 3 stars are all for tHe pharmacy , it will be a five when the store as a whole gets it together . The pharmacy here is top notch and is a 5 on its own , but I have to grade as a whole for info sake .
