The people who works at this CVS pharmacy always are confused about your medication. And they don't know simple things about their job It's not just me I was there waiting for my medication for long timeAnd I saw a lot of people they were waiting for medication and they had a lot of problem with employeesEven one star is a lot for them they deserve to get zero star

Awful, avoid at all costs. Rudest and most incompetent pharmacy and store staff on earth. Ignore you and make you wait for 10 minutes to ring up one pharmacy order when store is virtually empty. Shelves are nearly empty for every category of product. Hostile attitude at checkout to simply make a purchase. Self checkouts routinely out of service. There are way too many CVS stores serving same customer base in same Deer Valley zipcode and they would all like you to go somewhere else rather than simply ring-up an order.CVS needs to consolidate stores and improve customer service as their publicly-traded stock price continues to tank after buying Aetna health insurance company.

CVS membership owner and go to this location about once a week because it's right next door. The store itself is fine, some employees are super friendly and others really arent. While not in the best of areas, it could be far worse.. so I don't fully understand the vibes of disdain for the job I get from a few of the staff members. I've had bad luck with calling the pharmacy multiple times of the day on several occasions. Store is clean and usually stocked with whatever I'm looking for. Be prepared to be asked for money from boozers outside once in a while.

After two calls and waiting on hold for nearly 45 minutes in total they closed the pharmacy at 7:57 PM and then transferred me to their VM. Unbelievable! Walgreens isn't that far down the road. I can go there just as easily or Walmart.

Poor wait times. Not employee fault but CVS needs to rethink staffing levels.Overall you get what you need but it takes a very long time in line most of the time at pharmacy.

We found this CVS location to be exceptionally clean and well organized. A Big Thank You Too Ruddy, who was friendly, and immensely helpful during our visit.

They never answer their phone and the guy said they aren't going to either but they don't tell you that and you hold for 45 minutes then hang up. They tried charging me 200.00 for 2 RX's and refused to call my insurance company so I asked them to switch to Fry's where I got 3 RX's for a total of 12.00 and CVS had never even tried to bill my insurance but said that is the price they were coming up with. They also inactivated all my prescriptions and refused to transfer them so I had to go back through my Doctor and have them resent to Fry's. According to my insurance company it was never even ran. The young girl who was taking care of me was really trying to help but the female pharmacist was extremely rude and wouldn't help at all. The young girl is why they are getting 1 star instead of 0 starts. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.. I have already filed a complaint with their Corporate office and will also be filing a complaint on the Pharmacist with their board.

As the reviews show, this location has gone down in quality in the last few years, since after the pandemic. You use to be able to get people on the phones at all hours, but now, they don't pick up. I've been using this location for about 3 years. I believe it's staffing issues. They aren't the only business facing this problem with people finding better jobs, better pay, working from home, etc. What matters is what time you go in, and when you call. I tend to call later in the week and first thing in the morning and I don't have any problems. I also give myself a wide range of time to get my medication. This location is in my area, and it sure beats the hell out of going to the Dunlap location and the Glendale Avenue location. I refuse to step foot in either one of those CVS's. The new Camelback Avenue location needs to clear up too many problems before I'll go back there. The store manager didn't know what she was doing the last time I went in, but wanted to argue with me about prescriptions I've been getting at CVS for longer than she's been a pharmacist. For ailments I've had for longer than she's been alive.

Worst location ever. I called to ask how to cancel the carepass membership after being manipulated into signing up for it, asked how to cancel, was told they "can't do it in a store and to call the 800 number" asked for the number, the girl gave it to me very quickly and I said dude can you just read it to me. She replies "I'm not your dude" and hangs up on me! clearly they're hiring folks with low brain cell counts.

DO NOT BUY Gift cards here!!! I was given a $200 gift card and before I could use it, there was a purchase made out of state. I truly believe employees are taking number. I went to the manager and they did NOTHING. I'm having to dispute with card company. Such a nightmare. Interesting that the thief knew the exact amount to charge. When I went to Manager I was told I'm not the first this has happened too. They have had other customers buy gift cards result in same issue.

Waited in the drive thru line for 30 minutes, there were 4 cars in front of me. 2 cars got help, and once it got to the car in front of me, they closed the window due to "short staff". I pulled around, went inside, not a single human waiting in line. 4 people working in the back. What a waste of peoples time!

Worst pharmacy in the valley. Totally dealing with attitudes in there all the time. Just had a girl ignore me for 10 to 15 mins, no one around and then tossed my script to me. Totally unprofessional. If it was once in awhile, no big deal, but its everytime. So frustrating
