GOT LOCKED INSIDE AFTER ORDERING, WHILE GETTING MY ORDER TAKE THE WORKER WAS GIVING ATTITUDE AND BEING RUDE AFTER HE TOOK MY TWO FRIENDS ORDERS HE WALKED AWAY FROM ME THEN TOLD HIS OTHER CO WORKER TO LOCK THE DOOR WHILE WE WERE STILL INSIDE AFTER YELLING.

We got here twenty minutes before closing, and they said they closed the kitchen down only blizzards.Then, why don't you close earlier then?Instead of being lazy, a very unprofessional people that work here, knight crew
The guy was extremely rude on my daughter's birthday.
We were trying to pay for one ice cream so that she could redeem her free ice cream after that and he said that's not how it works you need to read things more carefully.
Play told him that we were scanning for the points first and then we wanted to get the birthday gift after and he refused to help us with it and was extremely rude.

Terrible placed ice cream is already melting before I even got it and it’s October not even hot outside for that to be happening

We actually just drove around the building but just left after we noticed there wasn't a drive through. First DQ I've ever seen without a drive through.

I was so excited to try the dipped strawberry blizzard and when i got it, it literally had 0 chocolate in it and 2 pieces of cheesecake. i feel ripped off for paying almost $7 for strawberry icecream
