I love this DQ but the new guys either can’t hear or too high. They been messing up lately

Reggie was very positive and pleasant at drive-through and handled the high traffic due to the lobby being closed very calmly and pleasantly. He had a big smile the entire time, his attitude and smile were so genuine you could hear the happiness through the intercom.

When asked for total twice since wasn't given both times told to go to the window instead of given a total. There was a line so was trying to have my money ready but with no total couldn't know exactly. The fries were okay but the blizzard disappointing. Not only did it fail blizzard test of not dripping it tastes just like soft serve and not the flavor it should have. Disappointed was treating myself to my fav blizzard and it was bad. Guess this location is not where it's at.

It's 10:30am doors are locked. I went to the door, and the person was nowhere to be found. The drive-through window has a trash can in the window.

This location is pretty dilapidated and poorly-staffed. Could definitely use a facelift. (Also, for those wondering — this location does not have chocolate ice cream. I’ll never understand why DQ franchises are allowed to do that.)

Went to order a banana slip today and they told me they only had enough bananas for door dash, I’m paying customer and should be given service. And it was only 7pm!!

The lady that waited on us was very courteous and efficient. The blizzards were delicious as always ?.
