Stood outside for 15 minutes after they were supposed to open and no one unlocked the doors. Someone else sat in the drive thru, got no service then came to the door to check the opening time and went back to wait in the drive thru. He was still waiting there when we gave up waiting to go to another location.

The kid in the drive through was unpleasant. Really needs to work on his people skills. Also they took a really long time to get the ice cream ready and we waited 10 minutes for one ice cream.

Great place to drive up and pick up some ice cream. I got the Reese's peanut butter cup blizzard. It is really good. Tons of other flavors and drinks. Great Americana

I went to Dairy Queen two nights ago: and a sign on the door said, "The lobby is closed due to staff storage." The times when the lobby was open staff members were attentive while my order was being prepared. Never had a bad experience, otherwise I would have not come back to Dairy Queen. Thank you, because human interaction with real people is literally being done away.Dietary restrictions: I know my own restriction, and this is how my order was placed.Parking: Limited space of parking due to square feet of the building.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair accessibility from what I could tell should be no problem .

The service was slow, the employees were rude, the food was the worst that I have ever had from a Dairy Queen. The parking lot is small. I recommend you don't stop, just keep driving thru and go across the street to the shake shack. In my opinion that Dairy Queen could close and no one would miss itParking: The parking lot is shared with the small deli in the small strip mall. There are about 6 or 7 parking spots and most of those are taken by the employees, which almost guarantees you have to use the drive thru. If you can find a parking spot, park and go to the deli around the corner. Better food and service.

A traditional treat paradise is at Dairy Queen Grill & Chill. The fast-food menu has plenty of tasty alternatives, and the ice cream treats are superb. It's a great option for people looking for a quick and pleasurable bite to eat in the city because of its laid-back ambiance and rapid service. Strongly suggested for a savory and sweet experience

Avoid this DQ, horrible slow service and they don’t serve twist cones. What kind of DQ doesn’t serve twist cones?

I go there because they are the only place in town who will make a coffee shake for me. They're the only place that figured out that they could use their coffee shot into the vanilla and make a coffee shake. They are willing except, one in Phoenix, to work with the client to get them what they want at a fast food joint. They can't be beat for service.

I went to this DQ as I have gone many times before at this location, but this time I took the light rail with my niece and nephew. When I arrived there was a sign on the door that lobby was closed due to staff shortages but that you could order with DQ APP and if you needed help, To please knock.I downloaded app, placed an order and when I went to pay I got an error message stating that this location did not accept credit cards. So I followed instructions and I knocked, about 5 or six people inside with headsets so I assumed they couldn’t hear me. I knocked a little harder, 3 of them turned around and one young girl signaled what I assumed was, “give me a moment”.I gave them 10 minutes knocked again and was ignored. Therefore, I decided to go around to the drive thru window, asking the driver if he would give me a moment so I could do it safely. When I get to the window the young man’s reaction was “bro what are you doing?!?!” In a condescending tone.I let them know my situation and what I had experienced, all of them stared at me with no response or an attempt to make things right. So if you go, make sure you drive.I’m no saying I won’t go back, management should be aware of the APP issue and train their kids a little better

I don't know if the employees at this location aren't trained or just incompetent.I went to this location on 11/09/2023 and ordered a medium drink and a medium fry. I used my points to pay for the fries but was charged $2.50 plus tax for the soda. I later found out that a medium drink is $2.19 plus tax.I went back to this location on 11/11/2023 only to find out the lobby was closed due to employee shortages. They had a delivery driver there and he asked them if they could help me, the manager looked at me and said, "no" even though I'm disabled in a wheelchair.Eventually the lobby did open up after 5 pm and I first wanted to resolve my overcharge from the other day.The manager first tried telling me that I still have to pay tax on free items and then I ordered wrong, trying to put the blame on me for their mistake.Eventually he did pay me back the difference, I believe it was $.35 or so but by that time I was really frustrated.I seriously doubt that I'll be going back to that location ever again.
