Went through the drive thru ordered an easy meal and a malt. I had to repeat myself 4 times before she actually hrard the order. When i pulled up get to the window the order is wrong and the girl with long black hair big stomach, attitude, disrespectful and extremely rude had the nerve to roll her eyes. These employees are shady, I seriously feel they spit in the drinks and food because she was blocking the guy who was making my malt. Don't give them your business because they're very ignorant , unprofessional, no class, riff raff trash. Hire better people who know how to treat people, who respect themselves, and like themselves.

You can never get anyone to answer the phone. Called over 30 times and no answer. They are always rude thru the drive thru especially if you have questions about the menu. Or need to order more than one item.

Sat in the drivethru for 40 minutes waiting for 4 blizzards. Got to the window and found out they hadn't started making the one of them. If you're wanting something quickly, this is not the place to go.

The single most disgusting restroom I have ever seen. The sink appeared to be covered in fecal matter. I ordered & paid for my food food, but after seeing that restroom that I left without waiting for my food. Go literally anywhere else

This location has a bunch of teenagers working. All the customers who ordered inside waited 20-30 minutes to get our 3 items they forgot our orders and had to look at our receipts just to know what we ordered. Also this location has the employees behind glass which is fine but also the menu is too but it's hard to see as well.

The service was alright, no big complaints about that, but the food was not all that good. I ordered a chilli dog and chicken strips with a side of ranch and a sundae. The chilli dog was a mess, and the ranch was clumpy. And the sundae sauce was also a bit clumpy :( But i will say the fries were alright!

I only come to this store because of convenience. But none of the employees seem able to hear the first time. I always have to repeat the simplest order. Today's my birthday and all I was trying to get was a cone with sprinkles. It took the lady about 3 times to understand what I wanted and then no one came to the window for a approximately 10 minutes. I ended up just driving off. Every time I come here my food is messed up and the staff are rude and lack accountability

I am so sick of these restaurant franchise owners, letting youngsters run their stores these inexperienced individuals that are so green behind the ear. They don’t possess the necessary common sensor logic to be hospitable to be friendly to be approachable to go above and beyond to understand how to satisfy a guest. I am so over it, whether it’s a lack of training, lack of labor dollars or lack of attention or lack of the owner operator wanting to be involved in their own business to ensure its own success. I have been food and beverage almost my entire life. I am 46 years old and currently run a very large restaurant and beverage facility. Tonight I came through the drive-through I ordered I had to wait. I waited for 18 minutes at the speaker where they helped only one car in front of me and we’re only taking one order at the time at a time at the speaker. I ordered $22 worth of product. I even sold my items bought an additional sauce and added one of their exclusive ice cream items. I just eat my car and not go inside because this area is Full of vagrants and homeless people and it’s kind of unsafe plus this store has a dirty lobby most of the time and the trashes are typically overflowing so I chose to sit in the parking lot in front of the store and eat my food so I could watch TV and eat in peace. after I finish my food, I went back inside to see if I could have a refill of my large Dr Pepper in which I was told no because I was a drive-through customer and I had left the store and I left the lobby. It was rather upsetting the individual who spoke to me really didn’t know how to address it or didn’t know what to say. Yes this might be the policy or the rule, but I was not one of the people they’re typically used to dealing with as a customer. I had spent a significant amount of money in their food as a leader of a manager you should just help the customer we all know that all the employees and restaurants typically drink most of the soda, free all the time, including myself. It wouldn’t have hurt you to go out of the way to give me a refill on my soda. It’s rather upsetting. I’m very tired of people putting people in leadership and management roles that don’t have decisive and good decision making skills or the necessary leadership qualities in order to run a shift successfully. What does it matter to you if you give a customer another drink when you drink for free your entire shift? Not only that I’m on a budget right now and I really didn’t wanna spend money on food, but I did and I didn’t tell you that the food was really of a poor quality. My ice cream was sloppily made. It was only a half a cup full of ice cream. I don’t know how you even charge eight dollars for that when it’s not even full my chicken strips were cold and stale. The bread was not even crisp. My french fries were cold and soggy, my Texas toast was wet and soggy, and my gravy was lukewarm, and it was all crudded up because it was not at the temperature it needed to be. All I want was a drink for refill. I didn’t even wanna complain about my food. I ate it anyway even though I played like almost $23 for everything. It’s ridiculous what you get nowadays for your penny and it’s even more ridiculous. What you get after you pay for you never get satisfaction or good service. After the fact, everybody just wants your money and once they have it, they don’t care what you have or what you’ve done or what happened Not even when running their own stores to try to continue satisfying the guest to try to ensure that customers will come back, try to ensure residual dollars in the business these are things that youngsters don’t understand at all and never will. That’s why they shouldn’t be in charge of running a business like this. I will never go back here. Unfortunately Dairy Queen is something. It’s true to my heart and I really love it was my first job in life and it was my first management position at 15 1/2 so if anybody reads this, they think of this guy is a jerk. No, I’ve actually literally been there and done that so I know.

Careful not to come at 6pm on a Wednesday! Their oil might not be warm and might not be ready for "a really long time".
I cane in hoping to order some dinner after work. Lady at the front was nice and started taking my order. Just as I finished, she said she forgot to tell me their oil wasn't hot yet.
How the heck do you let that happen?
Left and had to go to another DQ.

Smells like sewer inside the building such a turn off. And you can not see the menu with these big windows and posters that are up blocking everything .

I ordered 2 kids meals w/cones asked for them to be dipped in choc,Got all the way home to some disappointed kids. We moved all day, so going back in wasn't an option.
That's too bad , we frequent dq often so we'll have to make a further drive for it now. I didn't think to look to double check since they came back to me(drive-thru) and asked if I'd like them in a cup! 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️
No one takes pride in their work anymore it's sad.
