This location is very very slow they definitely need more staff. The three people they have working does not communicate they ignore the guest at the window. They don’t show any sign of hustle each worker is slow poking even for people with mobile orders.

Came here to pick up two burgers and some dessert and was highly disappointed with the quality of food the burgers were not fresh, cold and just nasty the dog didn't even want it. Because my dessert was packaged i was good there but come on dq get some better worker. Driest hardest nastiest crustiest burger ever just gross is what my wife said

In line for 25mins .. a drive thru.. are they playing on their phones in there?? Saw someone sweeping the front of the store when I pulled in?? You have time to sweep but can’t get behind the counter??? 4 cars in line.
