I made a Uber order for a chicken sandwich meal with a Dr. Pepper and a fish sandwich meal with a small chocolate shake. When I received my food both bags were stapled shut with the receipt attached but when I got in the house and opened the bags my fish sandwich was missing. I called the store for over an hour and a half with no answer from an associate. The voicemail was very generic, something like a WhatsApp's voicemail. I then called the next afternoon multiple times, with an emphasis on MULTIPLE, again with no answer. Essentially, my order was incomplete I didn't get to eat and there is no resolution since I can't get any one to answer the BUSINESS phone!Needless to say it's been years since I've had Diary Queen and now I will NEVER be back.

Delicious. Love DQ burgers. Love DQ everything. Young lady in drive thru was extremely perky happy to be working gal. Cheerie she was. Kinda nice since that particular geographical location is a rather scary place. Service & food were great. ✌️?
Ordered a combination cheese burger fries & shake at the drive thru. A little pricey IMO, but was fresh & tasty.

Ordered 3 chocolate brownie extreme blizzards. Got home and they all taste rancid. Like they were made with sour milk. Attempted to call the store, but got a "this line is not accepting calls" message.

Ordered an Oreo and brownie cupfection and somehow missed out on the Oreo, order a peanut buster parfait yet somehow ALSO missed out on the peanuts, it's simple things very very simple things, but blasting music and preparing to close and telling customers that they're closed 45 minutes early, HOW DELIGHTFUL!
