Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Stopped by for some ice cream cones with my family and as I’m almost done with my ice cream I notice there is blood on the cone. I immediately made everyone throw their ice creams out after realizing this and called the manager Sabrina to let them know was very inconsiderate and only said it was what? I repeated myself about 4 times saying “BLOOD” and she proceeded to say well idk I’m looking at everyone here and no one has blood on their hands. You can bring it back in. Don’t eat here or probably any fast food honestly we never know what’s going on in the back 🤢

This DQ is notorious for closing it's grill service early. I have gone to this location 3 times at around 9 p.m. (twice through the drive thru and once dine in) and each time they are no longer serving hot food. The closing hours are until 10 p.m. It is ridiculous that you cannot get hot food an hour before closing!

I don’t understand how hard it is to read a damn receipt. My meals are always wrong.

20 minutes before closing, they had a line of 4 cars in drive thru and one of the employees thought THAT was the appropriate time to go outside, stand next to drive thru, and hit her vape.

hidden gem in Laveen Village, super close to my house, just moved to the area so I like having a Dairy Queen really close by. service was fast, it was clean, employees were friendly and professional but also neighborly. will definitely go back (especially for the strawberry cheesecake blizzard. yum!

You order a banana split and they ask you if you want whipped cream and nuts. But what they don't tell you is that there is an upcharge for it which is deceiving. You can't ask if I want something on my ice cream and charge me for it without my knowledge. This place is a rip off so watch what they're ringing up. Shame shame.

Don’t buy a salad there!!!!, it’s a robbery the salad should come with lettuce, tomatoes, bacon, cheese and chicken. There’s no tomatoes on it and the plate is just quarter of the amount there should be. Sooo mad

I was very disappointed in my cake. I ordered many cakes from Dairy Queen, and this one was very disappointing it looked nothing like the picture. I'm so embarrassed to give it at the party.😔
