Order thru Uber Eats missing items, problem being is there was only 2 items on the order. Order date 12/21/23 8:55pm order ID # AACKGLXZ9QBC. Called the store and spoke directly to store manager Johnny (that’s who he claimed to be). For a store manager he was no help automatically blamed it on the driver. Wasn’t looking for blame was wanting a resolution to the situation which he didn’t offer. What he did do was lost a customer for any future orders. I will go through Uber Eats for refund plus leave negative review for service.

10:50am Monday October 9 2023 went to the drive thruTried to start my order by asking them not to put ketchup packets in my orderThe response I got from dq employee was very rude. I backed out of the drive through and did not order anything

Edit: DQ responded with a robotic message lol they will not hold the employee accountable. I will not give them another chance if I see her there. You should have seen how rude she was when I approached nicely and I did not know the dining room was closed until she screamed at my face with all her spit.Went in to pick up an order and this white girl with short brown hair locked the door in front of me and screamed we are closed you can go in the drive through. Very rudely. Then rolled her eyes and walked off. I didn’t mind the drive through but at least be nice about it?

Ice cream here is absolutely delicious!!! But seriously the service is so horrible!!!! Pulled into the drive thru today and when it was time to pay we always smile and say hi and thank you of course. The cashier guy couldn’t speak for some reason! We smiled said hello and all he could do is tell us how much we had to pay no acknowledgment whatsoever and just turned away, came back handed us our drinks and STILL a straight face and went back into his little window ( not cool). Just super disappointed in service here! Because Its happened multiple times not just today.
