Went to the dairy Queen yesterday with the promo for the $0.80 cent ice cream unbeknownst to me I had to download the app was told by the employee she didn't have time for that and said I was holding up her line after waiting 15 minutes for the previous person to get that ice cream they're wait time is horrendous and her attitude was even more horrendous nevertheless I didn't get my ice cream she tossed my ice cream in the trash and told me to drive back around Will not return to the steering Queen

DQ has a current promotion for 85¢ Blizzards. They refused to let 2 of us order Blizzards on 2 separate orders. They did say we could get back in line, which we did. Then the guy at the window refused to let us have it, even though it was a separate person, separate card etc. (We're just friends, not family). Then he shut the window on us, and refused to help us. We went to a different DQ who was totally fine with it, even gave me a free water (the other place wanted to charge me.). I definitely won't go to this place again, not when there's a different store close by with nice staff.

Drive thru is extremely slow, showed up at 10pm an hour before close, waited for 20 minutes and the 3 cars in front of me didn’t move at all. Ended up leaving, try someplace else.

Make up your minds about whether or not you will serve bicycles going through the drive through. Last time i waited in line i was told i couldn't be served. Today they told me i had to go through the drive through when i tried going in while there were students sitting in the store talking to staff. Get mature employees or close your store. It is a disgrace to the DQ name to have such poor customer service from immature employees.

Bunch of kids. He was mumbling taking orders. The boy couldn't get my card to work. I told him something was wrong wit his machine. He tried another card an said the same thing. I said something's wrong with your machine he said he was working fine u til you came. So if my card gets hacked we Kno who played around wit it. I went to another dairy queen after an my cards worked fine. Now I see why this parking lot was empty and the outside looks terrible.
