I went through the drive thru & was offered a pup cup!

Arrived at this location at 10:52 with the intention of ordering. I sat in the drive through line behind 2 cars for 10 minutes, i waited for 6 minutes for the 1st cars order to be taken and then another 4 for the 2nd cars order. When i reached the ordering box no one greeted me or even mentioned they were closed and not taking any more orders, i waited a minute and went “Hi are you guys taking any orders” and received a “No, we’re closed” and i responded “Even if i’ve been waiting since before you closed” and received “that is correct”. I pulled forward as there was still 3 cars behind me and got stuck waiting for the last cars order they took to receive their items, they didn’t get there last item until 11:09. I wasn’t able to leave the drive thru until that ended, everyone behind me had been able to back out safely but i was too far forward in the drive thru to do so. This interaction could have easily been avoided had someone notified everyone waiting in the drive through that they wouldn’t be taking orders after that car, what should have been a 5 minute visit became a 17 minute ordeal. I understand needing to have the time to get closing duties done, but a simple “after this car we will not be taking any more orders” before everyone got into the drive thru line would have been fine

Very bad service, I waited half an hour for my order and the workers were talking, people who really wanted to work should be able to work

They double charged me. After I paid the machine restarted, I informed them that my bank was processing the payment and they said on there end it was an incomplete transaction. After arguing back in forth with the manager they made me pay again for my ice cream. I was double charged on my bank account. The manager should have just given me my ice cream because on my end it said transaction was complete. Instead of arguing with the customer

Hours on the door say the dining room is open until 10. Was really happy to go sit down for some food and some ice cream at 7pm but the doors were locked and the employees looked right at us and turned their backs. Antisocial behavior and poor service flows strong here.

Came inside due to long drive through line, expecting a little faster service, being that there were no people inside, nope! Waited for almost 10 min before asking for some service, only to be acknowledge by an eyeroll from one of their team members, who said nothing to us but spoke in to her ear piece. Women's restroom was dirty, to was on the handicqp handle, and no paper towel. Waited about 10 more min for 2 chocolate dipped cones, that weren't covered entirely by chocolate, and we're still waiting for the slush. Not to mention, they had no strawberries. Seen about 3 families leave due to service during our wait time. Avoid this DQ! Customer service was not great at all!

The young man that helped us was great, very apologetic in advance. (Thin Hispanic)The team leads was useless. (Older heavy set Caucasian) and (black woman)I pray they were not site managers. Anyhow ordering was a bit tough. Hence no strawberry topping at the time and No ranch. No Pepsi or Coke. I had a cheese cake blizzard with the strawberry. It taste like chemicals, towards the bottom!!!!! I still have it saved incase I get ill. But Thank God I believe I’m gonna be alright. Gotta get it tested maybe…. It was it bit untidy the tables looked cleared off but not candidates. You can smell cleaner. Floor was a mess. No regular sized lids. Cooperate needs to go sit in on the night shift at this location.. GOODLUCK! I Do Not Recommend this location.

This location is terribly disorganized. Corporate needs to come in and lay down the hammer before this place becomes a greater source of community frustration than good food.

Dining room hours are a lie and the drive thru takes 30+ minutes if there’s more than a car or two there. This is in addition to the 5+ minutes it takes to even start the order.

Waiting 20 minutes for 2 small blizzards, multiple cars about 7-8 cars had gotten their orders even when they ordered before us, i was came up to twice and given the wrong order and told them each time what our order was like they forgot

Super friendly young lady at the front counter last night. They were extremely busy & we still received our food in a timely manner. Good Stacker burger, fries, & drink according to my son's friend. We ordered Blizzards & they were very good. We were surprised how good the strawberry cheesecake one was. The other two were chocolate chip cookie dough & Reese's pieces with chocolate chip cookie dough.

The Blizzards were wonderful, so was the shake. The best part of our experience was the employees who were so friendly and helpful.

Too long to take my order! I only ordered one small cherry dipped cone and a vanilla cone and after eating it 😩🤢🤮 i found black stuff on my cone that looked like roach poop! So gross!!

Fool me once shame on DQ, fool me twice shame on me. About 50% of the time this place forgets your side of sauce or gravy when you order for delivery. The receipt even lists the side of gravy SPECIFICALLY. Infuriating.
