Milkshake was ok but dont get the food the food is not good

Dethe young men working here are awesome very nice and friendly and helpful, everything was delicious and the $7 meal deal is a great value.

Don’t bother ordering cakes online. They will claim no order was received even tho you have the confirmation. They just ruined my grandsons birthday.

Called for 3 hrs and they wouldn’t answer the phone so I drove there. Wanted to order a birthday cake. Kid who finally waited on me didnt know how so wanted me to wait for someone else to take my order. No one was in the place or at the drive thru. I was ignored…. I walked out. We get ice cream there often and usually have decent service . Won’t get my business again.

Wow random Saturday to get my husbands birthday cake, and Kevin C was amazing. Helpful, kind, and went above and beyond. Very pleasant experience and happy to come back here!!!!

We showed up at 1156 pm, knowing that Google says their closing time is 1230am. They told us on the intercom the kitchen is closed and their ice cream machine is off. I’m sorry, but your whole brand is ice cream?? We just wanted some late night treats. Sorry we showed up at a reasonable time and not minutes before closing. Go to other locations. This one is not worth it.

This was the worst DQ we have been too. We walked in and everyone was just hanging out. My burger tasted like they rewarmed it. I asked for ketchup and mustard and no pickles. It had pickles, no ketchup or mustard. The whole burger tasted like they it was sitting for a while.. I would have taken it back we were already back at our hotel. The owner needs to step up before your business goes under… thank goodness they couldn’t screw up a blizzard or a sundae..

Banana split was good, could work on the dipped cone tho:)

Young girl taking our order and at the window was SO rude. Extremely unfriendly and seemed very annoyed. When she gave us our cherry dipped cones the ice cream was not fully dipped in the cherry so there were cracks and ice cream dripping onto her hand as she gave us the cones. She gave us no napkins and got upset when we asked her to. Cones were also very stale. Bad experience all around.

Worst place ever and that's saying a lot. Their Moolatte machine has been broken for about 4 months. Last time I went, they were out of chili so I paid for a chili cheese dog and got a bun and a hot dog. Place is filthy, service is snail's pace.
Everytime we go there out of something that we try to order.
I've had to swear off the place as of yesterday. I will never go back there again.
I don't understand how they stay in business. They've turned the place over to the pre-teens and there doesn't seem to be any adult supervision.
Wish I could give it negative stars.

Blizzard are mixed badly and the peanut buster parfaits have a nasty amount of salt. The past several visits have had the same problem.

I have literally ordered the chicken strips from here twice on Uber eats and have not received the gravy I asked for, that's literally the only reason I ordered chicken strips from here, because of the gravy, if you don't have the gravy available find a way to let Uber eats know so I won't waste my money on your chicken strips, I'll get something closer, will never order from here again and canceling my Uber eats subscription, I'll just get off my lazy behind and go somewhere I know what I'm getting myself, it's cheaper that way anyway
