I just went through the drive-thru and asked for a mini blizzard and was told they were out. I then went inside and asked for a mini and magically they had mini blizzard. Don't recommend a place that lies to their customers just to try and get more money in sales.........

Picking up an Uber order, and I stood here for at least 10 minutes without being acknowledged, as well as 3 other patrons. They were busy so it’s understandable in normal circumstances but a former employee came in and the second she came in she was acknowledged by 3 different workers. One worker even came over and said hello to her and another offered to make her a shake while the rest of us wait still not being acknowledged. It was frustrating and unprofessional.

It's dairy queen...food is good, ice cream is great, service is fast. If it weren't for these items, I'd rate 1 star. I found the prices (for ice cream) to be insane. $3 for a tiny little cone, and close to $7 dollars for a medium blizzard. This alone will deter me from visiting again. I'd rather drive the extra 1.5 miles or so and visit sonic.
I had ordered a salad, something that I have enjoyed in the past. When I came today I was informed that they were out of the containers they normally have for this item, I did not know that the amount of the salad was going to be impacted and I still paid full price. There was also not a dressing option for someone who cannot have dairy. Definitely upset and frustrated, they could have informed me but they didn't.
