I went in on Friday 11/24 for a banana split and blizzard. I waited 15 minutes for my order and never got it. The 4 workers there were sitting in the back chit chatting away when I asked about my order they were on it I asked for my money back which I got. You've got the most incompetent stupid people working there. They are glad to take your money and that's it. What kind of customer service is that?

Ok so it's a Dairy Queen....Ice cream was good, tenders are exactly just that.Service could have been better. The cashier/ server ended up yelling "Hey! Hey you!" Instead of just waking around the counter. One lady in line walked out because her cashier was in the phone with someone on speaker phone. Honestly, don't know if she was calling tech support or someone else. The chocolate dipped cone was pretty thin looking. I recall the young man saying to a coworker he wasn't trained on how to do it properly.Atmosphere is what it is - it's a dying mall.

The customer service was terrible. The cashier was so rude when I asked a question.
The restaurant was dirty the 2 guys that were working were VERY SLOW!! the 1 guy in the back was very d*** he turned off the ice cream machine.. and I was in line. He told the other tall guy now lets clean it and pushed the button. It was a very loud noise. I'm very disappointed in this store. Alot of people walked out just cuz there was no ice cream.

This is the best dq I ever been at the fries are fire the chicken especially delicious. The ice cream sensational. Edward took care of my order he was so pleasant. Thanks man I really appreciate employees like you.
