Horrible service. Apart from the parking being extremely small and inconvenient overall worse Dairy Queen location. When I got there the drive thru line was really long so I decided to submit a pick up order online so that I would be able to pick it up at the drive thru. When the time came I got off to pick up my order and was told they were out of what I had ordered. Mind you I had been waiting for 30+ minutes. So I asked for my money back, you don’t have what I ordered okay fine whatever just give me a refund. Well the employee and assistant manager said they could not give me a refund that I had to do it online. I advised them there was absolutely no option for a refund on their website and still they refused to give me refund. They said their manager who was in Vegas would correct the issue but never did so I am still waiting for a resolution. Horrible experience apart from crackheads being outside of their location sitting on their tables drinking and doing drugs. Do better Dairy Queen.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!! And not even give you what you order and then tell you your SOL can’t even get your money back after ordering through the APP… there no phone to call nothing past 5pm!!! Do not go to this Dairy Queen!
Not only did they don’t refund our money when we called the number they told us to call they told us they weren’t able to help refund the money because they had to reach out to them…. So we are out $33 something and we NEVER got any help or food… never coming back

Order thru app and showed up to pick up and they say the ice cream machine is overheated and that they can’t make my order. I ask for a refund and they say I have to call a number. They couldn’t cancel the order either.

Went to this location yesterday, 9/23/24, at about 10:45pm. When I pulled up to the drive thru window, the first thing I did was tell the lady over the speaker that I have a BOGO blizzard offer through the app. I then proceeded to order a royal new york cheesecake blizzard and snickers blizzard. When I pulled up to the window, I showed her the coupon and then she told me the BOGO does not work on the royal blizzards. Why wouldn't she tell me that when I was ordering it since I told her at the very beginning I was using that coupon?? Fine, I change my blizzard at the window to one that works with the coupon. I then show her the barcode on the app and she says "oh we cant scan the barcode here". Why would the app offer that option if the store doesn't have the ability to scan the barcode?? She asks me to bring up the code on my phone but the reception is not great in that area and it wasn't pulling up the code. I asked her if she could help me out this one time and she literally just said no. I've worked in customer service my whole life. I understand the customer is not always right, but this was just terrible customer service. It's not like they were busy either. I was the only car there. I ended up just leaving with no blizzards. I will not be returning to this location and would not recommend it to anyone.

I grew up on Dairy Queen, and DQ never disappoints. I'm always happy to try their Blizzard of the month and / or childhood favorite. The service is fast & friendly. The eating area is always cool and clean.
Ps. You can't go wrong with their ice cream cakes.

When their drive thru gets backed up they will Close the lobby (6pm) . They won't be In business for very long Turning away Money.

when we first went it seemed okay. we ordered online but it turned out they had no gravy? like how do you not have gravy.. it took a while for them to bring out the food even though we ordered online. when we went to get more sauces the worker gave us major attitude. she angrily said “WERE GONNA HAVE TO CHARGE YOU.” like come on girl you don’t have to do ANY work to get the sauces.. and the ranch was incredibly thick like old paint. the cheese which comes with the pretzels was as cold as a glacier in alaska. and the atmosphere gave dirty roaches and food poisoning. most likely won’t come again.
