I came in to get an ice cream with my husband and the only thing I hear is this young lady talking about her coworkers and being super unprofessional. All she was did was talk bad and just spew disrespectful things about her coworker. Her name started with an Ay. She needs to get off her phone as well and be more focused on taking customers as well!!.Even worse, she was handling food without gloves, touched her hair multiple times, and didn’t wash her hands once. Completely unhygienic and unprofessional. I won’t be returning. she needs serious retraining or replacement. Just disgusting.

Been coming to this location for years and lately it has not been the same. Was parked for my kids meal order waited about 3 minutes recieved burger and fries cold. The bread on the cheeseburger was hard and unable to be chewed by my 3 year old. I hope they get back into the routine of things.

I certainly won't be going back. My pumpkin ice cream pie didn't taste like it. It was more vanilla than anything. The seven piece meal burger was so sloppy and put together. The chicken tenders were extremely salty the fries we're salty and the manager couldn't even look me in the eye and my chicken tenders were not even cooked all the way and the Sprite tastes down like bitters water. The drinks are not even good I'm not ever going back there. I'll stick to the store in laveen

Stopped by to grab me a snack while I waited for an appointment. Nothing fancy, just a mini blizzard that was great for this summer weather.
I did want to that never have I haver seen young adults act so professional in a work setting. They refilled and cleaned everything as I enjoyed my treat. They worked quietly and attentive as they made the orders both for the drive through and customers inside. They also ensured the place was kept clean.
I went in Wed, Aug 20 @3:40pm and was there for about 30 min.

Wow, I have never been so disappointed. The food taste like it was from yesterday, I ordered ahead for pickup and still had to wait 10 minutes (not sure for what, the food was stale, cold, and bread hard as a rock). The employees were playing, dropping things, and very unprofessional as I waited for the worst quality of food ever. The cherry on top: the door where you enter/leave has a broken window, that continued to shatter as you enter and leave, very unsafe. !Gordon Ramsay! Please help save our local Dairy Queen open since 1980.
