I order through Uber from this location and have several times, but after today I will never order from this location ever again. Recently I've been getting my blizzards delivered almost completely melted. Today, I ordered 4 blizzards and all 4 are half filled. On top of that 2 of them had chocolate syrup all over the outside of them. There isn't even chocolate syrup in my blizzards. They couldn't even be bothered to wipe them off. I have pictures of the half filled cups and the chocolate syrup all over the cups as well. And once again all 4 blizzards are melted. The quality and service seems to be getting worse and worse with this location. Getting half filled blizzard cups is absolutely unacceptable and poor business practice, as well as you're cheating your customers out of their money doing this. People spend money to get a full product and not this. I'm not spending any money at this location ever again. I am thoroughly disappointed and disgusted with this location and the fact this type of business practice is accepted and allowed by management and the owners.

First I would like to say I have NEVER had so many problems with DQ in my life until I moved to Glendale I stopped going to Thomas and 51st ave because of the bad service and now coming here I ordered a Oreo Blizzard with cookie dough and this is what I got. I asked for it to be fixed and was argued with saying it was what I order when clearly it wasn't. Finally I just left after getting tired of these employees not having NO kind of customer service. I will make my ice cream on my owe before I ever go to these chains again.

I ordered the cake ahead of time and an image of Patrick Star for my son for his birthday and the day I went to pick it up they didn't have it with the image, how can they do that to a child who just wanted his cake, so sad ??

I had an online order which I went to pickup in the store and the manager had told me that he was making it. We had been waiting 15 minutes and come to find out it had been ready before we even got there. While we were waiting he was yelling at the employees to work faster while he stood around and did nothing. On top of that our blizzards basically had nothing in them only ice cream.
