Worst customer service ever! I went in to order a cake they had me waiting for a while and then the white chubby lady gave me attitude for no reason at all and wasn’t interested in my order. Basically told me to go somewhere else ! Never coming back to this store

Alexis the manager had me standing in the lobby for 15 min no help no word nothing didn't even take my order an the lady she was working with but when I mentioned Ramen an Edwardo the upper management she ignored me even more she needs repercussions to her actions I was trying to reach out to Ramen to talk about this cause I'm not the only one she does it too

Ok so I went through their drive thru around 8:30 at night on a Friday and they were packed! But, I did not have a long wait at all! The young lady running the drive through was awesome! I had a huge order and not only was she friendly, helpful, and fast, but imagine my surprise when i got home, AND MY ENTIRE ORDER WAS CORRECT!!! Do you know how rare that is nowadays?? I wish I had the girls name that was running the window, but damn she was good! The only suggestion I would have is to stop timing these employees on orders! One order for a single individual takes way less time than a bigger order like mine!

This place always has a long drive thru line especially on the weekends so heads up, the good thing is they are quick to get you in and out. I always order the strawberry sundae large of course 😋. The service is great they have fast friendly employees. Maybe the owner should open another location in the Maryvale area I'm pretty sure it would be hopping just like this location is.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER service!! Was told over the intercom they do Military discount. When we got to the window the girl went to get the manager after we showed the ID she signaled to the girl where is the card? The manager opens the window with a disrespectful attitude and asks where is the card we need the card, I showed her again and no we don’t do it. I don’t know if your employees are slow and never have seen a retirement military ID but it has a social security number on it. You don’t hand over your military ID to civilians. Instead of her being so immature she should have given the 10’percent discount to oblige instead of acting ghetto and then going against what was already told to us!! This new generation is horrible at customer service and I’m glad we have a way to put them on blast! I also have a group of Veterans that communicate between several hundred of us in the valley and I will make sure they know how this DQ treats their military and Veterans! Shame on the manager! Her name is Ydalia we were informed. She needs a new job and to take out all the jewelry hanging from her lips and face. Super ghetto and immature.

This place had the worst customer service. They are rude and give attitude. They told me they would take super long to give me the item that they failed to give me at the drive through. They said they had so many DoorDash orders and so many online orders that it would take a “super long time “ to give me my one missing item.

They’re not really authentic. Seem like a knockoff. They don’t even have fudge crunch or the warm brownies with ice cream. It’s bigger than 75th and camelback and they have less items.

Whatever you do, do not go to this franchise! They do not care about your order or customer service. So I am not about to speculate about what they do care about! I promise you this, it is not their customers orders! I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger combo large with a coke. And when I got back home, I realized it was just a double bacon hamburger. NO CHEESE. I must have called six or seven times and of course they didn't answer the phone. No accountability whatsoever! And no customer service! Waste your money here on your own discretion. You cannot say you have not been warned
