Food was horrible and waited 10 minutes in the drive thru thought I was getting fresh food but it was old and nasty chili on my hotdogs was horrible I couldn't eat them you could tell the chili was a couple days old and the fries cold as ice....wast of time and money.....

Since when did Dairy Queen stop serving ice cream in a cup? It's no different then a cone but you put it in a cup so your little kid doesn't make a mess! So they made us buy a Sunday with no toppings this is unethical business practice. McDonald's will give you ice cream in a cup and they are a nasty burger place.
Yes I will drive to 75th and Camelback Rd to get my family's DQ! Your location has lost my business even knowing it 1 1/2 miles away. Making us pay for a Sunday with no toppings to get a dish of Ice cream isn't worth the gas I may save going to your location.

I always order the same one and had no issue but the past 3 times I’ve went in the past two months it’s like they just add strawberry but nothing else than that.. Brothers n sisters of Arizona Do not come to this Dairy Queen. The employees here are extremely rude and unprofessional. This location feels unsafe, and the atmosphere is downright hostile. If you value your time, money, or peace of mind, avoid this place at all costs. Nothing but trouble comes out of this spot — it’s not worth the risk.

I’m deeply disappointed by the treatment my daughter and I received at this Dairy Queen location. Not only was the customer service shockingly poor, but an employee took a sundae away from my daughter—a child—without justification. The lack of professionalism was appalling, and the incident felt racially motivated.
I never expected this kind of behavior from a national fast food chain. It was humiliating, hurtful, and completely unacceptable. No child should be treated this way, and no parent should have to witness it.
I urge Dairy Queen headquarters to investigate this location thoroughly. If this is how they treat families of color, then this place has no business operating under the Dairy Queen name.
I will never forget this incident—and I will never return.

Everyone chooses their job so if you’re not happy with yours leave and stop ruining the experience for everyone else.
