Very good barbecue at a good price. When I came here, they were not busy at all. They have a good selection of food and sides to go with the main dishes. When I ordered, the staff were friendly and the food was done really quick. The beef brisket is great and flavorful. The grilled andouille sausage is great and I like it charred on one side. The smoked fried chicken is really good. They smoke it and then they deep fry it quickly at the end so it's extremely juicy and the skin is perfectly crispy. For the sides, the fried okra is cooked perfectly and the mac and cheese is extremely cheesy.Overall one of the best barbecue places that I've been to in Arizona and I would definitely come back.

This is O.K. if you want to pick it up, but the place is in need of a good overall cleaning. It is a shame because this could be the place it once was.

After several meals, it's just average and makes me sick unlike other BBQ joints.

The ribs were great, the staff was friendly and answered all our questions as it was our first time there. We will be back!

Very Friendly individuals. Food was good. Nice flavor. Small restaurant in a plaza. Loved the music. Definitely need to spend a little quality time cleaning a tad too dirty and rundown for my taste.

Authentic Barbecue Bliss at Danky's BAR-B-Q in PhoenixDanky's BAR-B-Q is a carnivore's paradise nestled in the heart of the Valley, where the scent of smoked meats fills the air and beckons barbecue enthusiasts from near and far. Their brisket is the pinnacle of barbecue perfection — tender, succulent, and imbued with just the right amount of smokiness. The baby back ribs are nothing short of divine, falling off the bone with a flavorful crust that's testament to Danky's mastery of the grill. Equally impressive is the pulled pork, which is moist, flavorful, and pairs wonderfully with their rich, homemade barbecue sauce.Sides at Danky's are not an afterthought; they stand tall in their own right. The beans are hearty and perfectly seasoned, while the cornbread is the ideal balance of sweet and savory — a classic done right. Great bbq and sides! Atmosphere could use some help, but who goes to a BBQ place for atmosphere, other than that unmistakable smokey aroma? Don't miss the bbq beans, as tasty as any I've had!

I got a pulled pork plate. Very generous portion. You get 1 side item and they let you split it into 2 half sides. The beans and the slaw were both delicious. Corn bread was really good. Not that kind that taste real sweet like cake. This place is a real value and now one of my fav's. Also loved the music.

I remember when Danky's would have earned a 5 star in my book. We were very disappointed with the quality of our meal this evening, and today's dinner service team. Tonight's cook working in flip flops probably should have been my que to abort mission. Then, we get the meal home, we get overcooked brisket with no danky's signature smoked flavor, and stale cornbread!? Just a bummer of a dinner tonight my dudes, you let me down, and we've been eating Danky's since you all opened up after leaving Dickies and starting out.Do better.
