Staff does not know how to accommodate large groups. I made a reservation for a graduation celebration as I had 14 friends coming. Our waitress started out great by taking drink orders & appetizers. As the night went on, my table sat for 2 hours without any service. We had to go to the bar to get drinks. I tracked her down so she could take our food order, 30 minutes go by and still no food. After complaining to management I learned that our food was never put in. Management did their best to correct the situation by not charging for food. I hope this is a one off situation and not a common occurrence. The experience was very disappointing.

Great customer service and the food was good. We almost didn't go because of a couple of the bad reviews. We didn't have the experience that they did. We were very happy and would recommend.

First off, the food tasted good. However, my husband has an allergy and when we asked them to take that part off his burger the KITCHEN left it on there. The waiter put in order correctly but the kitchen ignored it. We got an apology and told that next time to inform them of the allergy. HOW about you follow the damn instructions the waiter put in!!! We also ordered the garlic parmesan fries, they sent up their regular fries and when they realized the mistake ā€œdidn’t want the food to grow coldā€ so they brought up our orders then another order of fries. Which we didn’t eat all of because we already had fries and told them not to worry about it. So food was wasted.

The win zone employee was rude. Asked for a pack of PokĆ©mon cards that were in the case. Was told since they don’t have anymore packs so they couldn’t give me the one in the case. I told them they should take it out then and it was false advertisement.

I will NEVER go back to this Dave n Busters location. They are horrible and we’ve had better service at the other locations.

Overall it was an okay experience we had to wait quite a while for some drinks and when they came they were flat. They start your bowling lane right away so even if you're still getting your shoes the clock is running.

Everything is awesome with Dave and busters in fact we are frequent customers. Tonight was less than impressed with the staff. Gentleman working in the bowling alley by himself was absolutely amazing and I would love to hire him at my establishment. But upstairs the service was HORRIBLE. We sat at a table for 30 minutes waiting and watching 4 servers walk by us, take orders from people on either side of us that sat down after we did. One server made eye contact with me and still just walked by us. We didn’t have any food on our tables or cups. No one even stopped just to be like ā€œhas anyone taken your order?ā€ Nothing.

Disappointed in management. And service.

I went here with son. We had a really good time. There are a lot of games. The place is pretty expensive and you go through the points on your card pretty fast. Expensive but fun.

I love ot. Food is 4 stars, games are great. It is pricey. But lots of family fun. For kids and adults after hours

Vegetarian options: I am sure if you ask , the chef can prepare something without the meat. I am not vegetarian, so I did not see a veggie menue.

The tables were dirty, the service was horrible and it wasn't busy at all! Took over an hour to get the food. A lot of the games were out of order. I will be going back to Dave n busters. But not the one at desert ridge that's for sure

We've never eaten here before, only played games. Got a dine & play deal, so we also got dinner. The bar area had a funky smell. We couldn't put our finger on what it was, but it was like old beer and rotting citrus. We could taste the smell as we ate. The staff seem to be nose blind. The cups felt and looked dirty. The whole thing made us question both their cleanliness and basic food safety.

Would definitely return for games, but not food or drinks. The arcade was clean, the games worked, and there was decent music playing.

I wanted to share an experience I had this afternoon at the desert ridge Dave & busters. I have taken my son to this location many, many times, I’ve never had a negative experience until today. My husband and I purchased a platinum winter season pass for my son. It sounded like great deal, I still feel it’s a great deal, I just wish management would ensure that all the employees know exactly how the passes work. When we purchased the pass we were told that we needed the QR code to activate the pass initially, but were never told we needed the QR code every time we went in to use it to activate the pass. We were told that the pass was linked to my name and we just needed to go to the front desk and activate the pass with the name associated with the pass, that way my son could use it if I wasn’t present. We went in to use it this evening, there weren’t any employees at the front desk when we walked in and there was a sign to go upstairs to the bar to activate passes and power cards etc. when we walked up to the bar I asked to activate the pass and they asked me for the QR code that I didn’t have, I explained the situation to them that I was never told I needed to save the QR code, the bartenders said they would ask their manager about what could be done. He comes over and is completely useless, just says there’s nothing he can do, won’t do anything, offers absolutely no help. The season pass was $150, I expressed my frustration and searched for a receipt in my wallet to prove we had paid for the platinum pass, the manager stated that it didn’t matter even if I had the receipt that there’s nothing he could/was willing to do without the QR code. There was no accountability on his part that his employees weren’t trained properly or just misunderstood how the pass worked. Frustrated I decided to just leave, as I was leaving I noticed there were a couple of people at the front desk, so I decided to speak to the young man at the front desk before I left and thank goodness I did! The young man at the front desk, Allen, was very kind, attentive and very helpful! The only reason I’m even leaving 3 stars is bc of Allen and another young lady that actually helped me call a helpline and they were able to resend the QR code to my email, so we could continue to use our season pass! Thank you so much Allen for all your help! As for the manager, I feel he should have had the knowledge to assist me, maybe he did, and just didn’t care. The fact that the stores do not have access to the QR codes or any proof that you paid for the season pass is a absolutely ridiculous!

Dave & Buster’s has awesome arcade games, making it a great spot for fun. However, the food is mediocre, overpriced, and nothing special. Service is just okay—sometimes slow or inattentive.
