Dave & Buster's Phoenix - Scottsdale

Really fun games, great food, etc. I went for a work event and had a good time generally. I only dropped a star because it was too expensive for what it is. Not only because the company spent a lot of money to get us food, drinks and tokens -- but the tokens did not last very long (luckily for me a coworker who had to leave early gave me the remains on his game card, which meant I had some more game playing, but even with nearly double tokens, the games felt expensive), and netted very few prize tickets in return. The prizes were overpriced for the tickets as well. And I know that's always been the case with arcades, and I know the entire country is more expensive than ever right now, but it still seemed pretty far off from what would actually make sense.

The service here is really good! Came here for two of my birthdays at this time was just perfect, had two issues with a spongebob themed coin pusher flag down someone and I think his name was Gabriel the specialist helped us right away. The girls at the prize counter were attentive

Definitely a great spot to hang out with friends. The layout is much different than the other locations. Food was okay. Pricing for food was definitely a lot more. You don't get as much as you would assume with the large dishes. But the service is fantastic. Everything was clean. Everything was great.

I went here with my company. The appetizers work pretty good but the service was slow. I had to go look for an employee to help me at the bowling shoe counter... I could never find our host to order a drink. I did not see any other guests in the lower level of Dave and Buster's... Maybe there were more guests in the upstairs arcade but no other guests were downstairs at the bowling alley but my company. The music was too loud to have a casual conversation with my co-workers.

Staff was helping and great option for tickets redemption for prize. We went on Wednesday so all the games were half off.

I love this location, the games are just as fun as I remember as a kid, and the food is yum. Shout out Ashton & blanca they’re the best employees here

If you have a large event you need to plan, this D&B location is the place to do it!! From the beginning stages of planning to the day of the event the D&B team had everything running so smooth.

The day of the event, we were helped by the manager Brian who went above and beyond to handle our extra 30 people that showed up without RSVP'ING. He handled the chaos like such a pro and was most accommodating. Kylie and Grace were our servers and they did amazing at handling our group with speed, accuracy, and kindness.

I will absolutely be hosting another team event there in the future...that is if they will have our crazy selves!

Have only been to Dave and Busters a few times, went to this one with a couple buddies and had a solid time! Our server Alex R took great care of us and I’ll for sure be back in the future

Hi Ladies,I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you and great job.  This entire process and experience has been so wonderful and everyone has been so great to work with.  From the booking and scheduling- to my crazy payment needs and questions- to the event itself- everyone has been a joy to work with.
Last night the staff was incredible to work with and were so helpful and friendly.  Please give them my sincere gratitude. Your team is friendly, organized and lovely to work with.   I'll be telling the other boosters at Shadow Mountain High School all about how easy this banquet was for us to throw and attend.

Everyone commented on how much fun they had and what an improvement the banquet experience was over what we had done in the past.  We will definitely be back next year!

Alex R was our server for the second time around and was as amazing as the first time! We had quite a bit of questions since they have a new menu and Alex was very helpful and knowledgable about it. Will most definitely be coming back!

I had an excellent experience today. I came in to watch the broncos game, and Paul was amazing. He was the only server/bartender in the room but he was still very attentive! I love being able to catch all of the games every Sunday at D&B and Paul made it even more enjoyable!
