Staff does not know how to accommodate large groups. I made a reservation for a graduation celebration as I had 14 friends coming. Our waitress started out great by taking drink orders & appetizers. As the night went on, my table sat for 2 hours without any service. We had to go to the bar to get drinks. I tracked her down so she could take our food order, 30 minutes go by and still no food. After complaining to management I learned that our food was never put in. Management...

Great customer service and the food was good. We almost didn't go because of a couple of the bad reviews. We didn't have the experience that they did. We were very happy and would recommend.

Overall it was an okay experience we had to wait quite a while for some drinks and when they came they were flat. They start your bowling lane right away so even if you're still getting your shoes the clock is running.
