Ever since they switched from Danzeisen Dairy it feels like their quality has gone further and further down and my drinks no longer taste as good as they once did. I’ll still stop in for convenience but just a little disappointed.

The space is chic in a way that makes you immediately rethink your own home décor choices (why don’t I have velvet booths tucked under arches or a living room that looks like an Architectural Digest spread?). It’s light, airy, and Instagram-ready… Basically the kind of place where you want to open your laptop and draft a new chapter; one where that same boy and I are, wait for it, talking again. We’re tentatively working on a friendship, which is either healing or the plot twist I didn’t see coming.
The staff? Absolute gems. Warm, kind, and just the right amount of “we know you’re ordering the honey lavender latte because you saw it on TikTok, but we’re not judging.” And let me tell you, that latte did not disappoint perfectly floral, just sweet enough, and paired beautifully with their cinnamon roll, which was so good it had me questioning every life decision that led me to think I could survive without pastries.
Now, because I’m honest (and maybe a little dramatic): the food options are limited. If you’re hoping for a full brunch spread, you’ll be left staring wistfully at your latte while imagining eggs Benedict that aren’t coming. And parking? Let’s just say, you’ll circle long enough to consider whether caffeine is worth your sanity. (Spoiler: it is.)

Usually love this spot…. But to the girl working today, do you really think it’s okay for five boisterous friends to come in and be loud? Do you think it’s okay to intentionally ignore customers or treat them differently than the person next to them? Makes me genuinely reconsider coming here again

Matcha and cappuccino were both undrinkable. Forced a quarter of the matcha to limit waste. Atmosphere was great. Service was worst in all of Phoenix. No greeting, no thank you, no I won’t be back ever.

I love everything about this place! Great location in downtown! The coffee is delicious! And they have plenty of seating. I would say the only thing to be worry some about is outlets if you are going to work remotely.
Honestly I don’t think I’ve had a worse matcha. It was inexplainable. I even got it sweetened but it was the worst thing I’ve ever had. The coffee was mid and could have been done better. For the price it was absolutely not worth it. Right next to it is songbird cafe which has much better matcha and vibes. The area to sit in wasn’t bad, but if you can’t sit in the little corners it’s not worth it at all.
