Food was cold. The staff is rude af. They didn't have no water or anything else to drink. So you basically waste a money on a combo but can't get anything to drink. They take forever to come to the window to pay. This place is just horrible and customer service is going out the window in the world lately. To make matters worse I didn't even get everything I asked for. No kids cheeseburger, no kids fry, and was missing a burrito with red sauce. Shame shame.

Absolute worst del taco. No line and nobody inside but it took them 15 minutes to get 13 snack tacos and 3 bean burritos together. The employee just standing in front of the drive thru window on her phone. They don't even know how to roll a burrito!! How? That should be taught in training.

I ordered Uber Eats. And it's not ubereats fault that this stuff is crappy. I ordered two snack tacos they put no lettuce on them I didn't ask for that they didn't give me any hot sauce in my bag they gave me two napkins. Two burrittos just slapped together. This isn't the first time I've been here I've been disappointed the last time I did a walk in. This restaurant sorely needs some kind of help or something or some people that care about their job because these people don't. And apparently whoever owns this place doesn't care either because they have a lot of bad reviews but nothing seems to be changing. And these are the people who want 15 to $20 an hour to do fast food but they can't even get it right. You need to step up make sure the food is fresh make sure you put hot sauce in the bags more than two napkins. Now I wish I had ordered from Taco Bell.
