We were just there. Waited several minutes at the drive through and nobody came. We drove to the window and could see someone there but waited and never got helped. We ended up driving away. No signs that they were closed or anything. 1st time this happened.

Every time I come here I can order on the app or in line and i’m always waiting in the front for at least 15 minutes There’s nobody else in line I don’t know why this Location is so slow

I was told I only paid for what I received when I wasn't even given a receipt to confirm and im pretty sure I wasn't given my debit card back either. It took over 30 minutes to get only a small portion of my order, half of which was incorrect and I was told I could get back in line and reorder the rest when I had been charged the full amount. 🙃

I ordered at 4:30pm and I felt so bad for the older lady working the back by herself and the boy up front don’t know what he’s doin giving her the wrong order basically, I ordered 1 bean cheese burrito with GREEN sauce then ordered 2 more with rice added the boy taking orders was reading back to me beef bean burritos I said no and repeated what I said but was met with silence and by the end of it I somehow ended up with 2 bean cheese burritos with RED sauce and 2 beef bean burritos???? That overworked lady is back there by herself making extra stuff we didn’t even order because he entered it wrong to begin with. I recommend staffing at least 1 more person or train them on the register better because this wasn’t making sense

Placed a mobile order for them to tell us at the window to pull into the parking lot. We ended up waiting 30+ minutes before we went in by that time the food was cold and I only got half of my order on stop watered down drinks.
