When to have my order replaced person operating drive through is rude. Disrespectful and refused to give me his name.This was saturday the 25th at 1030... they won't answer phones and smells like pot out the back door or the drive thru maybe that why phones aren't answered

I really used to love this location as I love Del Taco but ...So we stopped and bought 12 tacos and tostada and bean burrito on Tuesday night and was to be 6 crunchy and 6 soft tacos only got 6 crunch and 3 soft then the tostada had a ton of ice cold what seemed like 3-week-old beans on it. The burrito well not sure yet. anyway, the older man the manages this place is so complacent with his job he does nothing, and 1/2 time doesn't even get up from his desk to take an order when he knew you outside is office saying "hello" anyone here then he comes out 7 min later "just one minute" Love Del Taco but this location is dirty and horrible customer service

The short lady with the extra long fingernails who works the counter in the morning/afternoon on at least Tuesday and Wednesday has terrible customer service! I’ve encountered her multiple times and she’ll ring up your order without telling you the order total. Who does that? She acts like it’s a hassle getting your little order together. I won’t be visiting this location again, at least not on Tuesday or Wednesday.
Arrived in drive thru at 7:10 am tried to get their attention to order till 7:30. Finally left. Says they are open at 7. Maybe daylight savings time? Maybe they open when they feel like it?
