Got 3 soft tacos and a cheese quesadilla. And they gave me 2 packets of hot sauce. They don't leave the hot sauces out where you can help yourself anymore.

Update: I literally told them no beans repeatedly due to an allergy and there were beans put on my Mother's burrito. They do not listen. It's frustrating to repeat yourself multiple times and it still be wrong.
Can never seem to get the order correct. I asked for no onions or tomatoes and both were on the burrito.

Today, 2/15/25 @ noon, whoever was working there did a horrible job and we will never return. I have noticed fast food has really taken a dive and I try to go to small, locally owned food spots. It's been a long time since we had Del Taco, so we figured we'd give it a try. I definitely regret it. Not only were they missing half the order so we had to go inside to get it corrected, when we got home the double cheeseburgers were ALL single burgers and tasted awful. The kids chicken and fry basket were left unfinished because they just don't taste good. This was a waste of money.

Prices are high on food that’s not that good. There’s no deals. It used to be good, but not no more. come with something better Del taco.

I used to love this location but in recent years most staff has such a mean demeanor and desposition ...just the worst attitudes! So much that I started dreading getting certain staff members at the drive thru. They also actually get mad when you try to use point rewards from the app and once even had a girl argue with me saying I had to purchase something 1st...when I said I was just redeeming points not using an offer, she got super pissed off and kept almost yelling at me even after I explained. She finally got her manager...which is one of the ladies I dread that work there. The manager saw that I was right but then actually was giving me excuses for how the girl treated me...as this was happening one of the other staff members came and stuck his head out the window to look at me while the manager and girl were there too....now keep in mind the staff were the ones raising there voices at me! I felt like i was being ganged up on. Even dealing with that, we still came back several times ... but now in the last year, we wait 20 to 40 minutes in line in the drive thru, not once but several times. The food is such poor quantity and quality that most of the time it is inedible. No thank you, I will travel to a farther location if ever I should even feel like del taco again for this location has really ruined my appetite for Del Taco in general which is crazy because it used to be one of my favorite places to eat. My family and I used to eat there at least 2-4 times a week now it's been half a year since I've been to any location. 19th Ave and Northern location needs a new staff overhaul and have a sign saying so.
