I ordered 3 items (2 tacos 1 burrito) on the app, and customized the veggie burrito with NO beans and up charge add sour cream . I only received 2 items never got my beef taco amd my burrito was wrong. the feeback button on the app crashes so you cant complain

I just bought a 9 dollar box meal, fish tacos fries, three burritos....food for me and my son.The Fry's were cold soggy at the bottom, all of the food was disgusting cold and smashed by the time I got it home.Never again del taco🤢

I've always loved Del Taco food. I've eaten it for the past 50 plus years of my life. It was always my go to fast food as a childhood and teenage years and still now. However, the last several of visits when it comes to employees standing there and talking and complaining about other employees or issues in a little group instead of helping customers, that's the reason why I gave it three stars. Otherwise, I would have given it five stars.

Like everything else, getting chintz. Crunchtada had very little ingredients, and didn't even spread to the edge. Burrito was tiny. Fish taco had only one tortilla instead of two as was always the case in the past. At least i got a lime this time.

I wanted to take a moment to leave a review for Del Taco location #746 in Phoenix. I came into the restaurant to place a to-go order that was a bit complex, with several different taco options and customizations. Despite that, the service I received was excellent.
Angel, the host, stood out with his kindness and outstanding customer service. He was patient, helpful, and made the entire ordering process smooth. The rest of the team was just as impressive—friendly, efficient, and quick to get everything right.
They prepared my order accurately and much faster than expected. Overall, the staff went above and beyond. They definitely deserve recognition (and a raise!). A+ experience!
