Was there today. Kiosks screw up and manger wouldn't make right. Losing my business over 1 soft chicken taco, a joke at best. Won't be back. This place should turn the volume up in drive thru and start treating customers like they matter. Kiosks are a joke and finding and help is the same. No wonder so many are closing. Done Won't waste my time or money

They don't want to take your order they refuse to take your order and tell us that they are training us to be on the kiosk. Training us to use the kiosk? Do You not work? Are they not supposed to be taking your orders? They were not that busy to not take orders. I might as well have went through the drive-thru would have been much faster. Very rude people that work at this place

I can’t believe the size of this meal. This is trash. I’ve been to Del tacos all around the valley and this is the worst one for quantity size even though the price has not changed. I will literally never come back to this one and I advise anyone reading this review to not come to this exact one.

I try to give grace to people working in fast food, but the guy working the drive thru was incredibly rude and dismissive. We asked for a large lemonade and he made a medium despite taking our order… When we asked what the large size was supposed to look like and we figured out it was a medium he didn’t even bother to change it. Not to mention he laughed when we asked him to repeat what he said.

I'm at Hospice of the Valley and couldn't get away. So I ordered through door dash and Del Taco forgot the fries and the door washer made other stops and my food was cold

I got a snack taco and two bean and cheese burritos with grean sauce. had barely any green sauce on them. the snack size taco was better i could actually taste the cheese
the decor is forgetable and ambience like a cafeteria.
i guess being a bargain option i can't complain too hard BUT i dropped my rating BECAUSE there was nasty black dust on the ceiling fans. thankfully they were not on. the drink area also was gross. one of the workers was behind the counter scrolling on her phone with food service gloves on.
I am not dropping it to one star which I have only given to one nasty filiberto's and few others BECAUSE i spent $5 and feel full. other than that I won't be back
Good sausage & egg burrito. The potato wedges fir bad tasting, think the oil needs to be changed more often.

Guy at the counter wouldn't help me told me I could only use the computer to order unless I was paying with cash. He ignored me for 5 minutes until I asked if he was going to take my order probably no going back tired of self service after I put in a 12 hour day of hard work.
