The teams at Denny's all over the Valley work hard. Harder than you might think. understaffed and still smiles on their faces! I loved it when I worked at the Mayo location. Now I am up North working on this team to build it to be great!

I gave three stars because of two positive experiences at this location before. Third time, though, I sat at my table for 12 minutes without anyone to bring a water etc. Poor management. Not sure if I will come back but if I do and they mess up like this again it will be one star and no future visits.

I have lived near here for about a year and the first time I went in was yesterday. It just doesn't look very thrilling from the outside. Upon entering, I think this is the best Danny's I have ever tried. Very clean, amazing service, and delicious breakfast. Will return.

Coffee, breakfast and bill delivered. That was the only times we saw our waitress. Would of liked to see her at least once more for a glass of water and a extra tomato. Food was good.

Very bad service! Don't come here, this place can't handle a slow Tuesday morning I would hate to come on a weekend. Server never checked on us after dropping of food. The food looked and tasted as if it was sitting for a while. Bad bad bad service

Man, our food was freakn' awesome! I had a grand slam sandwich and it was phenomenal. The cook is really talented and knows what he's doing. Our server was fantastic. He was very courteous and helpful. I definitely recommend this Denny's!

Food was great, server was very excited and passionate about what he was doing. Food come out quick, drinks refilled in a good timely manner. It did kinda seem like the server forgot about us when it was time to pay, had to track him down to get the check. Not bad though if in the area will visit again.

We at least 45 minutes after sitting down to be approached by a server. The server simply asked, "what do you want to drink" exasperated and rolling their eyes. My son ordered the "double berry pancakes with fresh bananas on top pancake promotion. However he asked for chocolate chip pancakes instead of blueberry and only bacon, no sausage. (Supposedly you can chose...wait for it) He received blueberry pancakes with 4strips of bacon. (At least that was correct....or so I thought) My son took one bite and promptly let the server know his order was incorrect. The response was, "I don't know what to tell you, it's the way we make it." When asked why she didn't tell us that when the order was placed and she simply stated their computer system won't allow substitutions. We asked if they would replace it with something else since he didn't order it and we were told, "sure, you can" which we did promptly. 49 minutes later he received a burger and fries which was actually someone else's order all together since he ordered French toast to replace the incorrect breakfast he received to begin with. He decided not to eat anything and get something elsewhere. There were 9 people in the place and servers and cooks with out masks joking and screaming and yelling profanities at one another. When I received the bill, I was shocked to say the least! $73 for my son and I to have breakfast at DENNY's!!!! I was told that Denny's has now has a "base price" for their slams and ALL food in the menu. The server told me each item is then to be charged a la carte. Not only were we charged for the original incorrect order, we were charged extra because he chose to have all bacon and no sausage (which stated you had a choice of bacon or sausage) so I had to pay an extra almost $2 for bacon only. The server said bacon is more expensive than sausage so they have a "per plate rule of only 2 pieces of bacon per plate no matter if you have 2 sides with your breakfast item you are ordering or not. I have a hard time with that because what is the point of ordering a "slam" breakfast if you are charged a la carte? and everything says "with your choice of." Since when???? I was charged this on my order as well since I didn't want sausage. Which resulted in being charged the price if the slam and then alacarte pricing of each individual item. I had iced release and water. I was charged a refill amount of $1.75 fo a refill on my WATER! Then I was charged die 3 full priced iced teas because I ordered an iced tea and had the nerve to want a couple of refills. I have tried my best to visit this establishment 3 different times since it opened and be happy with the service. I just couldn't find anything positive AT ALL. All 3 times I have tried to eat here, I have NEVER received the food I ordered and EACH TIME took over an hour to get our food. The first 45 minutes AT THE LEAST, of EACH VISIT we were not even approached by a server to take our drink order or say "hello" or even go to to H-E double hockey sticks. If it would have been busy ANY of the times this occurred I would completely understand. Each time there, there has been were a grand total of 8, 9 and 11 people in the entire place. The last time I was in, our 15 year old ordered chocolate chip pancakes and was brought blueberry. When we spoke to the server she was HORRIBLE. She told him she realized he was thinking he was ordering chocolate chip pancakes but her "system" wouldn't allow her to replace it (even though he did not eat it) unless we purchased a whole new item for him and we would have to pay for both, the incorrect item as well as the correct replacement. When we tried to speak with someone that stated they were the manager (I think he was the cook. He came out and was furious that we would question our bill. about this the last time (yes, it absolutely was the last time) I came in. The "manger" rolled their eyes and said,"I don't

Felt like breakfast for lunch. No better place than Denny's for that. The Denny's I went to was the nicest I've been to. Good service and decent food.
