Watched the lady with half blonde half black hair and glasses basically ignore multiple people standing and waiting for about 20+ minutes. I watched three desperate people and a family walk out because they waited so long for someone’s help.

The service was horrible! I had to wait 2 hours for one dish, as the cook was eating sandwiches and more. I saw multiple customers walk out on them because of the wait! And in the end it wasn't even worth it!! The food was cold and disgusting not worth the trip!!

I come here a lot and yes they are a little understaffed but that’s true everywhere. I hear people complaining a lot but it does not take much to Brighton someone’s day by being a decent human being. One waitress Cassie was berated by a horrible lady who was lying about her experience. Cassie is here all the time and is always on top of everything while being the only server. To that angry lady, kindness is reciprocated and everybody in the restaurant knew you were going to be trouble. That lady was the one dropping F bombs in front of my 3 year old kid and other kids. The staff is friendly and works hard and the food is consistent.

I have been to this location a few times, but today, we were not acknowledged at all. Stood there for a while, then someone came up to ring another customer up, still not acknowledged. There was some "bowls" in the lobby entrance that looked questionable. Decided to go elsewhere.It takes a few seconds to greet your customers.

Service was slow but because not enough employees. Was here twice first time service was faster because had enough waitress second time slow. Denny's food is Denny's food... fairly good and reasonably priced. Way less than most of the other places for breakfast and give you larger portions. Hopefully they add staff.

According to the time on our check that the order was submitted, it took 35 minutes to be served our food. A simple order of two Grand Slam breakfasts. Late morning, very few tables occupied. Lots of staff but apparently not enough in the kitchen. When I paid I was asked how everything was. Nice waitress but 35 minutes is no doubt not up to brand standards was my answer. The cashier response was we will try to better next year! I didn’t expect a free meal but it would have gone a long ways if they knocked a couple of bucks off or gave me a discount card for another visit. Employees should be empowered to make those type of decisions. Bottom line, customers vote at the cash register and I will abstain in the future.
