I got tired of asking them to cook the hasbrowns throughly. The big issue was that they had the heat up way to high and would not stir them so the grill could work without just burning the surface.
This is getting to be a last straw with the whole company since they've reduced down the portion sizes right after another round of price increases. Sorry Denny's but other diners provide more food for less money and still get good service. You've betrayed US.

I waited 30 minutes before I got a server. Then I waited again before I got my coffee. The food was cold and service was bad.

This particular Denny's is a poor example of the brand. Slow untrained service, undercooked food, wrong order, and misread instructions are just a few of the things I experienced. I won't be returning here and stick to the Denny's I know on Bell road.

We hadn't been there in a while because we had a bad experience before, but we were running behind and thought we would try them again.
We ordered a skillet, a hamburger and chicken fried steak. The first 2 were correct but the chicken fried steak was covered in white gravy. I had requested brown gravy since white makes me sick. The lady that took the order repeated back brown gravy and yet I got white gravy. So not able to eat over half of my dinner. Tried calling, no answer. Just expected more.

Im not the type to complain but service was ok but I had a soda dropped on me 12/23/24 and all I got was a sorry and didn't do anything about it I called today to get a refund and all I got was a $25 gift card and I spent $43.81 and all I I was a sorry and pies my whole bill. This was by far the worst experience at dennys bad management didn't even take care of the situation it was poorly handled and could have been handled better. I'm not looking for anything more I just want to bring up this to somebody hire then a gm that gave me the $25 gift card I know I could have got a full refund but I was told they couldn't do the full refund I even have the receipt just lazy and poor handling and poor customer service by far.

Service was bad, the server wasn’t good we ask for coffee and napkins like 4 times, we paid almost 4.00 dls for a cup of coffee and at the end we only drink like one cup because of him, at this point I think Macdonalds is better.

Silverware was not properly cleaned.
If I could put zero, i walked in to get breakfast. They sat me real quick, 10 min no waiter, walked out. 😞
Terrible service! I ordered a coffee and the waitress asked if I was ready and I said yes and she then after that told me to hold on as she began to take another tables order!!!! It was only me at the table, and it was very unprofessional and made me feel discriminated!!! I don't recommend going here!!!! They needa evaluate how their staff is
