I ordered the sirloin meal when I received my meal the steak was just a big lump of fat and grizzle and when I asked if I could have it replaced with another piece of actual meat, the waitress told me that she would have to charge me for a replacement because of some inventory and they have to count every piece of me and they just can't replace one without it being paid for. My mashed potatoes were also watery and cold, and my broccoli was also cold. When I told her I wasn't going to pay for a piece of meat that I can't even eat she said that she could replace it with something else on the menu. What I ordered and replace was the Denver omelette meal and when she brought me my meal it was only The Omelette she said that there was not a manager on duty and there was nothing that she could do about it.

my family and i have been dennys customers for a long time specially at this one because its in our neighborhood we came in this evening and was greeted a young lady ashley, she was also our server let me tell you excellent customer service from the time we walked in to the time we left the restaurant was clean the food came out just in time ashley looked busy cleaning stuff she wasnt standing around it was just great overall you guys have made excellent changes to the restaurant it looks cleaner and good job at keeping the bums away the parking lot was well lit this was one of the reasons we stopped coming it was horrible years back now i can say we will be back to enjoy this restaurant and the excellent customer service you guys have
