Rude service other than the older Asian woman. The sake i was served had gone bad and when I addressed it with the server I was told it was normal. They have drinks on the menu that are never available and the drinks they do make are very mid. The food used to be very good but in recent years has dropped to below average. This used to be my favorite place, we won't be back.

I came for lunch. I really wish I hadn't. I ordered Kung po chicken what I got i can only explain it as soup. The chicken looked like it was boiled i said I wanted level 3 hot had no spicy heat. I'm disappointed because asian food is my favorite

I’d ordered Wonton Soup, Desert Jade Fried Rice, Fried Wonton Cheese Cream, BBQ Pork and Chicken Lettuce Wrap. The Wonton soup is bland and no noodles ( very disappointing ), BBQ pork doesn’t taste good too. Chicken lettuce wrap the lettuce is old and the chicken is dry. The Fried Wonton and House Fried Rice is kinda ok. I paid $80 with tip. 😔 Sad to say I’m not happy and the food was wasted.

Had visited this place maybe three years ago and remembered that it was pretty good so I was looking forward to the same had ordered shrimp, egg, foo young ,pepper steak and orange chicken, but to my surprise, it was awful. The food was totally bland no seasoning the gravy’s were watery, and the pepper steak had some type of meat, which looked like beef but truly wasn’t. The orange chicken was old tasting and dry, and the egg foo young was awful not worth the money I paid

Egg rolls were burnt and flakey and dry not good at all the place ain't that clean it's kinda like they gave up on it and stopped caring this place used to be good

The desert Jade Restaurant has been making the most exceptional chicken dishes for decades and is worth every penny. Make the trip from anywhere in the Valley. I enjoy the Tangerine chicken and Sesame chicken. You might not even notice it driving by, but after enjoying a lunch or dinner, you will remember the juicy fried chicken breast covered in savory delicious sauce.

Took way too long food wasn't great jbh

I got the chicken chow mein lunch that came with fried rice, 2 fried shrimp, and a bbq pork rib. The chow mein didn't have much flavor. I added a packet of soy sauce but that didn't help. The fried rice had great flavor, so I added it to the chow mein and that helped. The shrimp and rib were good. There's so much food. I'll try something different next time.

After we were seated the waiter wanted to know exactly what we’re gonna have for lunch as he handed us the menus. I asked if he can give us some time to go to the menu and he said sure well 15 minutes have gone by and he hasn’t come back so he had to ask another waiter to get him for us.
We gave the waiter our order and we got our meals in a reasonable amount of time . My friend dim myself thought our meals were OK nothing outstanding so we ate and we are trying to go here again. We couldn’t find the waiter we had to ask somebody else for the tab. He did finally come over and brought us some doggy bags which we asked him for And he never came back to pick up the check. So we went to the front desk we each paid our bill and left.
The waiter never acknowledged us at all .

Atmosphere is nice but small. Food was outstanding. And service was amazing.

I love Desert Jade ! This is my new go to for great Chinese food .. The wait staff is great. And the owner checks on his customers. Very nice atmosphere. Reasonable prices , and great food !
