Went into an empty line at one of their park locations with my wife to get shaved ice for my son. Waited 20 minutes to receive it only to be told they were out of the flavor we purchased. Employees were just sitting in the back ignoring our presence playing inappropriate music.

A wonderful company, me and my wife rented the shaved ice trailer out for our wedding, it was an amazing experience with them and they even accommodated us during our crazy big day. Their customer service was great and they served all of our 342 guests in a very timely manner. What’s most important to me is the fact that their shaved ice was phenomenal, best flavors ever.

I LOVE THEIR FLAVORS! After booking them for my daughters sweet sixteen party, they delivered a special experience and had amazing customer service. They were so quick with all orders and were great at communicating during the entire event. I will definitely be a returning customer and using them at allmy parties in the future. This company sells at Pioneer Community Park. The food is freezer-burnt stuff you’d get out of the freezer section at Discount Food. You won’t get a refund either if you get charged for something that is out of stock. Definitely NOT worth the hassle to deal with this company.

My boyfriend and I decided to stop here on a whim today since we saw the sign while driving. We were the only customers in line ready to place an order and waited patiently while the individual behind the counter worked on the family’s order that was ahead of us. After 15 minutes of waiting we still weren’t acknowledged or greeted which was very frustrating. We ended up turning around and leaving without placing an order. First impressions make a difference and a simple “Hi, I’ll be right with you!” would have made the experience 100 times better.
