I should have taken the fact that the place was absolutely empty at 6:30 on a Monday as a clue not to come in, but I had a coupon I wanted to use. First off, the place was empty. Secondly, I asked if they had the loaded mashed potatoes and the guy opened the container and it was basically watery mashed potatoes. It looked terrible, and that should’ve been my second clue not to proceed, but I did anyway.

I ordered that and a pulled pork sandwich. I couldn’t use my coupon and ended up paying about $15 for what was honestly one of the worst meals I’ve ever had. The pulled pork was full of fat and skin and so greasy I had to dab the sandwich on the plate just to make it halfway edible. The loaded mashed potatoes were gross too.

Overall, I’ll never be coming back to this location

We ordered Mac and cheese to go for a large party that we were having and they really went above and beyond to make sure we were fully satisfied with our order! We had a few requests beyond the initial order and they were happy to make us happy 😊

It was our first time eating here, we didn’t know what meat to pick so they gave us some samples to try out. Service was excellent, overall very happy with how we got treated.

I have been eating at this location since it first opened several owners ago! I have put up with changes over the years, but the last time I was there finally put the last nail in the coffin! I had ordered a full uncut chicken breast to go to share with my wife at home! The guy behind the counter refused to sell me an uncut chicken breast! I have not returned since! This is not customer service!

Just don't use the app to order food here, I went here one time to pick up my food and they closed early because they ran out of meats?! I asked for a refund since they allowed me to use the app to pay for food and they refused. Manager called me and said he will get with owner to refund me and it would only take a few days. 2 weeks later and still no refund. Had to dispute through my bank. 1 time since ive been here in AZ and gave Dickey's a chance and they completely blew it.

Did not have any brisket or pork at 130 in the afternoon. I drove 25 minutes out of my way craving thier brisket.

Girl with short dark hair in a ponytail and multiple piercings working tonight 9/28 was very rude. I asked how long the order would be ready, she said 5 to 7 minutes, so I sat down and waited 12 minutes then went up and asked politely how much more time. She rolled her eyes and said it would be another 5 minutes. I cancelled the order and will not be back if she is working

The food is good, but not as good as other locations. Sauce and sides look and taste very different but I ate my brisket sandwich without sauce and it was good.
