Recently went back in to Dickey's in Bell Towne Plaza. Was met by Lupe, who has taken care of me each time since the location re-opened. Not only was she delightful to speak with, she prepared my order PERFECTLY! My baked potato was so delicious, and so filling, that I couldn't even touch my Green Beans or Mac 'n' Cheese! Phenomenal reheated later on! Too bad for all the people who leave negative reviews (and probably DON'T tip) and won't go...

Brisket sandwich was delicious! and the green beans were way better than any green bean I’ve ever had only chose them because they’re the healthiest side option they have and they did not disappoint. the guy behind the counter was very polite and accommodating as well 10/10
