How the heck do you not have RIBS??? I get a call from GrubHub saying you have my mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese, but no Ribs. Epic fail

The Brisket sandwich was terrible, the fries were soggy taste like burnt oil, tea had nasty flavor. Family member or friend sitting in the restaurant with their child running behind the counter. This was lunch time 1130AM, Stay away from this restaurant. Will never return.

! DICKY’S IS DEAD !☠️

I just moved here from California and was excited to have a Dicky’s in the area since they are no longer is CA and this was the most disappointing experience ever. Starting with it looked closed but we walked in anyways to find no customers inside which was the first sign to not continue! Then as we order we are notified that they were out of Texas toast I said ok fine I deal without the bread. Then I as order another item they said they were out of the buns for the western sandwich but could use the regular buns again I said well ok fine. After we had paid $87 for a meal for 3 people they come over to our table and said they were out of the spicy sausage that a couple of use had ordered. Right then I had a feeling we should have just cancelled our order but no I am not really that kind of person so we picked a different type of meat and continued to wait for our meals. As our meals are brought to our table everything was super dry and gross. Never again will I go to a Dicky’s, there is a reason they are no longer in California. Lesson learned!!!

Pulled pork had good flavor but outer edges were all dried like it had been reheated. I question their food handling abilities as gloves were taken off and placed on counter. The carbonation in soda machine is out. Several of us asked them to swap it and they said no because ice machine was out so that is what was causing issue. Nope. Just laziness of workers. It was hot in restaurant and beautiful day outside but they wouldn’t unlock chairs to sit outside.

Restaurant was over an hour late in preparing door dash order. They left out one person’s food. We were shorted on bbq sauce and no cutlery was included with the food.

Please DO NOT waist your time, energy or money dining here, The soda machine is broken so the sodas are flat, the sweet tea is not sweet but watery and everything tastes salty no real flavor, I have not had anything good yet, this place was delicious years ago but its horrible now, not to mention nasty, dirty and the customer service is garbage ,This is my 3rd time giving them a chance and no more chances will they get to take my 20.00 bill for absolutely NOTHING!!! but a headache from the salty food!!!

Worst dickeys location in metro phx. Dirty tables, no chicken at 1pm, okra double fried. I'm pretty sure the turkey they tried serving me was ham (see pics, one is from their website). Asked for a refund on the turkey and the manager argued with me about it. Zero customer service. Go to another dickeys location if you can.

Had to tell the guys behind the counter what a #4 was and apparently they didn’t have a button for it on their own register.
The toilet closest to their makeshift office in the dining room hasn’t been cleaned in at least a week. There appears to be a grease trap on wheels in the dining room that just reeks of a foul odor. There were no paper towels in the bathroom.
This is my first and last visit to this location.
I’ve been here for just about an hour and there has been only two customers walk in during prime time lunch hour.
The employees were on there phone the entire visit so there shouldn’t be an excuse.

The brisket was dry and flavorless. Luckily I had some BBQ sauce at home. That made it worth eating. The Cole slaw I ordered showed up as potato salad instead, which I did not want and so did not eat. Would've loved some cole slaw. The Mac and cheese was bland and slimy. I couldn't stomach a second bite of it. The baked beans were fine. They were really the only thing I got worth eating, though the portion was tiny compared to the other sides. I feel like a can of bush's would've been just as good as the meal I got.

The bbq meat isn’t very good. Very dry. Portion is also very small. I got two meat combo with brisket and chicken. Came with probably 4oz of pulled chicken(ok not bad) and 1/2 a slice a brisket(very small portion, very disappointed).
Go to little miss bbq instead. About the same price and a world of difference in quality.

We got the picnic deal and apparently their small sizes are the same as their large because we got 2 small sides of green beans and barbecue beans instead of the large we ordered. We ordered a small side of potato salad separately and they’re all the same size. Also, we ordered sliced brisket and got shredded, probably because it’s severely overcooked. Super disappointed was excited to try this place and 45$ for almost every single thing to be wrong is just insane. If we could give ZERO stars for service we would. Rude, unprofessional and lazy. Being the only person in the store and ignoring them is insane. What a joke of a place

Once you walk in your not greeted rather your given a frown the energy coming from the employee feels threatening not to mention the awful cold bland food I recommend as well to head to Chipotle they should let this place close AGAIN for the second time
