Dirty Dough Cookies - Desert Ridge

First time here & was pretty disappointed honestly. I looked over their menu before coming & was super excited to try their Brookie. Unfortunately when we walked in we were told management was having them "try something new" so they were not offering anything on their regular menu, but they had 4 other cookies to choose from.
Since we came to Desert Ridge specifically for Dirty Dough, we decided to try what they had.
While we were waiting, I noticed a few other groups walked in, & as soon as they were told the cookies on the menu weren't available, they left. It just didn’t seem like a great move on the part of management or marketing. Not sure if I’ll give it another shot.

The two young ladies working were speedy and so kind in the process of it. Before finishing my cookies I kindly asked if they could not add nuts to one of the cookies. Highly appreciated. We will be back

The young lady at the register just stared at us when it was time for us to order. No "Hello" or May I help you" and our ice cream didn't even look like the description it stated or the picture on the wall. Crumble Cookie is way better!

This is the first and last time I will get a Dirty Dough cookie. I will stay with Chunk and Crumble. The first cookie i received after cooking for 3 min was still very raw inside. There was a second one made which took 5 minutes. Why the time discrepancy? As I'm finishing my cooked cookie I was sitting outside and a tray that came out rite after my raw one with at least a dozen cookies on it was dumped into the trash. Makes me wonder if there are a lot of raw cookies walking out the door. Very bad first impression of this company.

Extremely undercooked cookie. Warm is on thing, undercooked is another. Bottom of cookie was doughy and almost raw while top was cooked to near perfection.

Great fresh warmed up cookies. It was definitely worth it. I had the reverse cause I like peanut butter.

The Dirty Dough Cookies are really a great special desert. You have a wide variety of choices. All cookies are packaged in a very nice box. The staff was very patient with ma as I made my choice by asking a lot of questions. The cookies are a premium dessert and is worth the price. If you want to give a special dessert to someone then a Dirty Dough Cookie is the dessert to give. My cookie was mouth watering.

I feel like the workers weren’t very social they kind of sat down and chilled, but I get it, long day. But otherwise, cookies !!!!? so good.

Cookie was so amazing. The girl on the register was taking order after order. The other girl gave 1 customer their order and ignored the rest of us. Was running around doing other things. Then the girl on the register had no more orders to take. She started doing other things. I had to ask. How does this work? How do I get my cookie. The girl explained you give your order then we get your cookie for you. (Like, do you have to cook it first) No sorry, we were backed up. The only backup was people waiting on their order. Need to fix the service

They have egg in ALL their cookies!! 8% of humans are allergic to eggs. Can’t have ONE vegan option?

This is by far my favorite cookie spot! I've tried many of the flavors but The Reverse will always be my #1. If you love fresh baked, warm and delicious cookies check this spot out! Your sweet tooth will thank you later.

It was really a phenomenal experience, the customer service was too another level and I felt really listened to when the worker at the register asked how my day was, she then proceeded to instantaneously make my 4 cookies, with incredible precision and swiftness that I could tell she geniunely cared and loved not only her job, but the customers as well. She told me her name was Zowie. Will be visiting again and quite often!! Take care to all, highly recommend.
