Earlier today, I accidentally placed my order at a different location. I felt a bit embarrassed, but the Arcadia team handled the situation with such professionalism and kindness. Not only did they resolve the issue quickly, but two staff members each brought out one of my items—the Vegan Breakfast Buzz and the vegan burrito—while I was seated and waiting. That thoughtful gesture really made my day.

So nice to have a quick food option that is truly healthy, uses quality ingredients Tastes great and at a good price. The staff was very friendly also the ice coffee was perfect! I’ll certainly be back. Actually been there 3 times in the last week. 😁

Quiet at 1pm on a tuesday so it was nice! i came here over ChopShop down the street since DLite takes cash and was very pleased with their avocado toast, Feta was a nice touch! Also cheaper, I was surprised and happy with the price of a coffee and toast for only $10! Staff was quick and friendly

This is the 4th time they forgot food or it was wrong and they have never apologized once. Missing brocolli and the old high value chicken. Now it's just cubed meat. Constant staff turnaround. It's too expensive to deal with lack of customer service and to keep going back to fix mistakes. I was a regular there but I can find my tea and soup elsewhere. They used to have a good staff and the manager was nice but there's too many kids with no personality working the floor.

I usually order through the drive thru and only once have I eaten inside. The service is quick, I like it. The girls that work there are really cute and friendly. I always order the Cali club and orange juice. You have to try this place, it's a healthy alternative. Truly worth it

Usually great experience. But walked in at 7:30 when they open at 7. The screens were all off. We called to one of the workers who asked if we had a pick up order. When we said no she turned and walked away from us. We stood at the counter for 5 minutes before leaving and driving elsewhere.
