I would like to formally apologize to myself for ordering here again. This is now the third terrible experience my hubby and I had in a row.
Order took over an hour, but was mysteriously marked “completed” 30 minutes earlier—which feels less like optimism and more like padding stats for corporate.
I called the store to ask about my order and the guy I spoke to genuinely could not have cared less if my pizza ever arrived, if I starved, or if this location burned to the ground. Truly impressive apathy.
Unfortunately, my kids love Domino’s, and even more unfortunately, this is now the Desert Ridge location. Someone please save us. Or at least train the staff to pretend they care.

Ordered ahead online, came in 20 mins later and they did not even start making the pizza. The guy said it will another 20 mins.

We ordered delivery and it came fast. Our delivery driver Bridget decided it would be funny to destroy our dessert and also throw it on our porch. She also opened the box to do so and the box was undamaged meaning she used her hands to destroy the crunch cakes and throw one on our porch. Then rang the doorbell and sped off. My husband drove over and explained to a very nice girl who apologized for something that wasn’t under her control also told us we would get the refund for the cakes and the tip when the GM comes in tomorrow. The lady who talked to my husband was very professional. Based on the delivery service we received from Bridget I would give a 0 but the nice girl my husband talked to and the rest of the food was 5 stars . That’s my reason for 3 stars.

This particular store has given wrong item on multiple times in past frw months. Seems to be lack of controls in what is ordered and what is being prepared. Other stores nearby don’t have this problem.
Now I waited a long time but the place is good. There is only one person working in there and it would be absolutely unfair to give less. Management needs to address this as she is amazing, but can only do so much alone. Fix this and you will be good.

My delivery driver went above and beyond. She was able to traverse the perilous journey Of the concrete jungle that is North Phoenix and safely and securely deliver my pie to my destination.

I came to pick up a carry out order that I had scheduled ahead of time, but when they didn’t have my order ready I realized I had accidentally scheduled the order for the wrong date! Andrew was super friendly and helpful in remedying the situation while also handling other customers and other orders. I was impressed at how well he worked under pressure and kept his composure while other customers were not being super kind towards him. Huge thank you to Andrew for the spectacular customer service!
