Domino's Pizza in Phoenix

“This is my favorite Domino’s from all the ones I’ve been to in all the different states. Quick and easy. Staff here are very courteous and friendly. issues? Just ask them about it. They will resolve it. sometimes mistakes are made, but they take care of it quickly. My kids love to walk in to see the action and pick up our pizzas.

“I’m not sure why Anthem Dominos doesn’t have 5 stars! We order here weekly and it’s perfect every time. We prefer it over any other pizza place in anthem. The hot sandwiches are off the charts. The delivery is always quick and on time and drivers are always very respectful. It’s nice to have a great Dominos. Thank you!!“

“I have an almost unhealthy love for their BBQ sauce and chx pizzas. But the prices are so fantastic that it doesn't feel totally irresponsible...

Vegetarian options: WTF happened to the grilled chicken pizza topping?!?! I don't think the dominos management appreciates the love I have for the BBQ chicken pizza or the depth of the grief I now feel over it's unexplained absence from the menu. Papa Johns just won a reluctant customer. Please , Dominos!!!! Say it isn't so!! Bring it back!!!“

“Always get great pizza and wings from here! I always call after I order and ask for my wings to be double fried and they never complain or seem put out. Matthew was awesome and absolutely made my night with my order. The delivery drivers are always super kind and just overall my favorite, easy, go to hot dinner!!“

“First off ordered online and got a pizza and parmesan bread bites for only $13! The food was amazing nonetheless and the service was fantastic. Barely took 15 minutes and our food was ready. This is my go-to domino's. Only thing is there is no tables or anything however this is the perfect place to-go.“

“I order pizza from this location all the time. When I forget to take stuff out of the freezer to thaw this place is a great alternative! They are quick, friendly, take ownership when mistakes are made on their end and do what they can to make things right. This location is also the ONLY location that makes the best Alfredo pizzas.. the right amount of sauce, cheese, and toppings. I ordered recently back on August 16th, the manager, Gabby, took my order. I picked it up, it was fresh, hot, and amazing! That lady knows how to make Alfredo pizzas. “I want to pick up a pizza for a co-worker of mine and it was so good. I'm glad that I went as it was close by but he shared some of his dinner with me.

Vegetarian options: He got a deep dish with just mozzarella and jalapenos and it was awesome the desserts are all awesome so is the macaroni and cheese“

“Pizza was good. The one employee sinning in the back looked at me and I said how are ya, and he completely ignored me and looked to the other employee. That's not cool in my eyes. If I'm chosing to spend my hard earned money somewhere, I expect to not be ignored and to be shown a little respect as a customer. Other guy was fast tho and greeted me when he got to the counter. All in all not a horrible dominos location but not the best when it comes to employees.“

His pies are ALWAYS consistent and I am always met with great customer service. “I’ve been coming to this dominos for the last couple of months and I’ve been super impressed with the quality of the pizzas that I get when I order from here. But recently I’ve noticed that when Jennifer P doesn’t make the pizza, the quality suffers. So im making a point to let people know that if they come to this place and Jenifer P makes the pizza, they will be more than happy with their pizza! So for those people that have had an issues with their pizza from here before, I urge you to come in when Jennifer P is on the clock and I know that you guys will be more than satisfied with your delicious pizza!“

“On September 4, 2025, I visited Dominos to pick up an online order. The staff member at the counter, who was also managing deliveries, courteously informed me of a 30-minute wait time and apologized for the delay. I proceeded with my order and, while waiting, observed the same message being communicated to other customers, with wait times ranging from 30 to 40 minutes.
It was evident that the restaurant was significantly understaffed during this shift, yet the employees maintained remarkable professionalism despite facing frustration and, at times, unkind remarks from some patrons. While it’s understandable that customers expect prompt service from a fast-food establishment, I was impressed by the staff’s composure and dedication. They worked diligently to fulfill orders as efficiently as possible under challenging circumstances.

Having never worked in the food and service industry myself, I gained a deep appreciation for the resilience and effort displayed by the team at this location. Their ability to remain calm and focused while managing a high-pressure environment deserves recognition. I commend the staff for their outstanding commitment to customer service and their ability to keep operations running smoothly. I will gladly return to support this hardworking team.“

“I give the food at 5 it was pretty good as I waited for my food I witnessed a young man eating behind where the food station was and also the man that came in from delivering went back and started🧐 handling food without 🤔 washing his hands 🤲🏽 but the gentlemen at the counter was great🤷🏽“

“Domino's is one of our families favorites.
I just wonder why they don't wear gloves when adding toppings.
We don't eat pork and just the thought of them touching pork right before making our pizza's, bothers me.
I think I will ask them to wear gloves or at least wash their hands before making our pizza's.
Other than that, they have great customer service and delicious pizza.“

“We ordered 5 pizzas. We show up to get our order and there is six. They mentioned that they messed in up but decided to just give us the mess up one as well. I thought that was a kind gesture seeing we having a party and could always use an extra pizza. Ty to the team working on 4-20-24 at 12:30 pm“

“What a great location. They always have my carry out order ready, nice and hot. I do the curbside and they always get it out quick and are always friendly. Last guy even nicely put it in my passenger seat for me. Never messed up my order and it's always good. Glad this is my local.“

“I was in an bad accident without injuries in front of this Domino's Pizza Sunday night about 1 1/2 hours before closing. Kudos to Phoenix Fire for responding rapidly; clearing the accident scene, and restoring traffic. This allowed customers to get in and out of the Domino's parking lot safely. The movement of cars in and out of the parking lot indicated that the store was busy, but being run efficiently. All I did was notify an employee that my car would be towed by my insurance company during the night. The next thing I knew, Domino's provided a sign so no one else would tow my car; provided me with a cup of iced water;; gave me two bags for personal belongings in the car, and gave be a free pizza. No one asked for a review. Kudos to Domino's, the store manager, and the store staff. It took some time to take care of the accident matters so I had time to observe the store and interact with the employees. I left after the store closed. Gracias Domino's.“
