Very disappointing they answer your call/hang up/mute/ don’t answer. I called multiple times. Idk if their phone isn’t working but you would think after multiple calls from me they would call back? Yeah no. Save your time & call a different location.

I ordered a Pepperoni Large pizza and a 2 liter of coke on 10/20/2025. The order was finally delivered cold left on my apartment door step outside of my door.i was outside waiting instructions were to put the order into my hands. The pizza was way under done, cold. The manager is spoke to Amanda was extremely rude and it took me hours to get them to answer. They just refuse to answer. Cold horrible pizza, the worst customer service I've ever come across, and they will outright lie to customers. Avoid this place.

I usually order at night and it’s amazing but this time decided to get some earlier at 2pm and it was not the best… I received parmesan bites with no parmesan and ordered/paid extra for red pepper and parmesan shakers as well as ranch also did not receive that, the delivery person forgot them. I paid for the order online so I also wrote down to leave the pizza at my door so my dogs wouldn’t bark yet he still decided to knock and hand it over individually. It’s ok I sent my sister to get it. Anyway, the “parm” bites were just bread balls with nothing on them.

Save the time go to the Camelback location!! Received my pizza with an apparent bite out of it, called to get it remade tomorrow as I wasn’t going to return tonight, was told I had to bring it back for proof?!? Is 9$ pizza theft common? Asked for further management to speak to and was told they’re a franchise and hung up on? Called back to be hung up on by Shane again. Drove the 20 mins back just to recieve a refund and smug attitude from Shane and other employees. (Threatened to refuse service…LOL) Would not provide me with gm name or contact info in store, instructed me to call in to receive it only to hang up on me 5 times when calling to get that information. Glad they’re a franchise because they’re definitely doing their own thing. Shane is especially incompetent and immature.

I have an almost unhealthy love for their BBQ sauce and chx pizzas. But the prices are so fantastic that it doesn't feel totally irresponsible...
Vegetarian options: WTF happened to the grilled chicken pizza topping?!?! I don't think the dominos management appreciates the love I have for the BBQ chicken pizza or the depth of the grief I now feel over it's unexplained absence from the menu. Papa Johns just won a reluctant customer. Please , Dominos!!!! Say it isn't so!! Bring it back!!!
Just got our order, 45 minutes later than we were told it would be delivered. Cold, burnt, dry. Charged $4.99 for a 2 ltr, never got it. Driver said to call the store but they wouldn't pick up. Tried to call several times but I think they were actually hanging it up. Idk.
