I want to give a shout out to my favorite pizza guy Troy. I go really far out of my way and wait till later at night to order when Troy is working. His pies are ALWAYS consistent and I am always met with great customer service. For 5 exasperating years, Domino's has been utterly clueless about my address. After wasting countless hours with their "support", I got one, just ONE, order through. Fast forward to today, they've got the nerve to cancel my order and can't even muster up an explanation in the email. This location is a circus. Multiple calls, and their genius solution? "Call the other branch." And here's the punchline: call them directly and they fleece you by denying any deals, even when they know their system's messed up. So, brace yourself to overpay for their flavorless slab they call a pizza that you can't even order seamlessly online. Domino's, leading the pack in tech fails and taste travesties!

Feel as though the employees just don't care. Place is not worth the time or money, sad as they only close food outlet on this side of Ahwatukee, should be making lots of money.

Second time I ordered within a week and it’s just not good. I’ve had domino’s in other states that have been great but this domino’s is way off. The way they make things, from the cinnamon twist to the cheese bread doesn’t hold a candle to domino restaurants elsewhere. The delivery drivers are awesome but the pizza isn’t. Look for another pizza place for quick dinners.
We went here yesterday and it was terrible. There was one employee by herself and after five minutes of waiting I had to look around for her and she was hidden in the back texting on her phone while my online order was just sitting there. Took the food home and the quality was nowhere close to what we're used to from Domino's. We've been to this location before so we're thinking it was an employee issue rather than the location which is why I rate it three stars instead of one, but if this was our first time coming here it would be 1 star.

I've been ordering from this location for 5 years now and I've never had a problem. I've ordered pickup and for delivery. When my order is for pickup the staff is courteous and welcoming. If it's for delivery the drivers are speedy, pleasant, and professional. Pizzas are always hot, they look and taste amazing. So sorry to read the bad reviews but I just wanted to share my great experiences with the Warner Elliot loop location.

my pizzas arrived after 50 minutes and was cold. Awful delivery servo. I called the manager at the paradise valley, scottsdale store and complained. They did refund my money, but the poor food and service ruined my evening with friends!!

I understand if you can't accommodate something for a family but just be honest. I would give you zero stars if I could allergies are no joking matter. My friends son has an EPI PEN. Having a sensitivity is a lot different than this could close his throat. (I would not have been so mad if they had been honest I would have just not ordered for his family party) (I do Like the food I wrote this from a safety standpoint.)
