Just drove to the store to pick up my online order only to find out the delivery driver to mine by mistake and left me hungry and heading back home empty handed. Not going to wait another 20 mins and still pay full price, when I couldve been compensated somehow.

So I know this is Dominos and I donât have highest expectations. Bu t I do want the pizza cooked properly. They cannot figure out on their own how to cook the thin crust. It has to spend less time cooking than other pizzas.
Since they canât figure it out, I have to call them after ordering on the app every time asking to put it further in so it comes out earlier. I could not do that last time and got whatâs pictured. Burnt DRY and inedible. How do you give that to a customer?
Everyone who works there is always nice, but if you canât figure out easy problems like thisâŚ

This Dominos does not deliver. We ordered pizzas and waited only to be told they have no drivers so they canceled the order. They then offered a free pizza at a later date and Ray, who claims to be the Mgr, cancel that when attempted to use. Please allow me to cancel the app!

After a complete mess of an order months ago, I tried to redeem a free pizza at this location that would have replaced the catastrophe in the past. However, my $30 large specialty pizza was being no longer able to be delivered as I moved from Chandler to Ray (go figure ?ââď¸) and they downgraded it to a 2 topping large pizza. Definitely NOT worth the hassle to pick up and add/pay for all the additional missing toppings for my family. This location is BOGUS. Buyer beware.

This is my families choice for pizza. We love the Brooklyn pizza and the employees at this Dominoes are really sweet. They make the pizza perfectly every time, and it's always done on time. It is the best Dominoes I have ever ordered from.
Orderd for pick up today (Christmas) and the service was prompt, pizzas were delicious, my work family was fed. Thanks a bunch!

The service and quality was going a little downhill for me for awhile but it wasn't enough for me to write a review up until this point and I don't even like to write reviews. Last week I ordered two pizzas, one of which was a free pizza due to ALL the points I've earned and I will tell you that I have ordered quite a bit from this Domino's. We received our pizzas and one looked like it was sparse and barely sprinkled with toppings and the other just looked like an old pizza sitting around that they delivered to us. Hard and dry. This one was a simple medium pepperoni pizza for my kids. I called because I was extremely annoyed. I was given an explanation by the worker why they messed up and that she was "sorry". She was sorry not sorry with her attitude to be honest. When I was expecting to hear more than just sorry, her response then was "well what to you want me to do about it. I can't refund you. It was a free pizza to begin with." Well how about offering me a new pizza the way it was supposed to be made? So because it was "free" it's okay for the quality to be poor and that I should be happy with a cardboard for a pizza?? In fact it's not free, I earned that pizza by all the support I've given to your establishment and that's how you treat a repeat customer? You now just lost yourself a customer!!

Dominos has come a long way. I wouldnât say itâs the best pizza Iâve ever had, but theyâre cheap, fast, and pretty good. My kids love their pizza, and I love the convenience and price.

Excellent pizza, nothing beats your local pizza place for tasty pizza close by. Yes youâll inevitably run into hiccups every once in awhile if you pickup early or when things are very busy. But overall a solid pizza thatâs predictable.
