Normally the regular crew is amazing! Today was different. 2 Men in black shirts(either managers or supervisors) Yelling at workers, and slamming cardboard containers down demanding help. Was very rude when speaking to me asking if I needed help with either ordering or picking up. I advise to order somewhere else or wait another day.

Save your time and order from a different location! Placed an order at 2:20 pm. After an hour with no food, we called and were told the driver left at 2:35 pm and delivery could take up to 40 minutes. By 3:35 pm—still nothing. Called again and this time they said they didn’t actually know when the driver left. After being put on hold, we were told our order had been canceled… and no one could tell us who canceled it or why. Over an hour wasted waiting for food that was never coming. We understand being busy, but this level of disorganization and lack of communication is unacceptable.

DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! I got into a car crash, Infront of this location, and the Manager was passing/showing video of my crash to the customers 😯 (I had received some medicine from the hospital & passed out, while driving) and she's doing this, while I'm on the ground hurting 🤕 and waiting for the cops/ambulance 😢 it was just very unprofessional, and she kept giving her uneducated opinion, assuming that I was under the influence of something. (It was nothing like that, cuz they took my blood at the hospital) It was just very hurtful. Instead of helping someone in need, her & her employees were recording the crash ⏺️, instead of calling 911. 🤦🤷 No joke. (ONE of their drivers saw me passing out & swerving, BUT STARTS RECORDING, INSTEAD OF CALLING 911) U folks are weird, Thank God I was ok, and nobody else was involved.🙏 Screw that location 💯

The stuffed crust is delicious, but salads 🥗 and pasta, not what you pic. Salads are from a grocery store with cold chicken, and pasta is halfway empty. Guy with gray hair at cash resisted is nice and very helpful
