How the heck don't you know what specials are being offered??? Laziness at its finest and TERRIBLE customer service

Took my order on the app 25 min before close 06/25/25 said the employee put it in the oven and as i waited once 12am hit i got a notification the order got cancelled. Could have saved me time had they cancelled it immediately and found somewhere else to eat. You are not the only restaurant to chose from i hope the gm knows they are losing money.

No ranch dressing. Driver was polite.. haven't got a order right in 2 years. It would be nice if they could get employees that want to work.

This location is awesome! I had a mistake on my order and called them, and they fixed it really fast.

Always a great place to order from

Never have the order ready even when the app says it’s complete and ready to pick up. They always put done but they are not done making the order!!

Never eating here again just picked up our order whoever is in the kitchen completely does not take there time it’s literally sauce on on half the pizza the rest of the pizza is really dry and hard unacceptable

This location completely sucks… I just love waiting nearly 2 hours for food when it’s 2024 and you can communicate with people electronically to let them know there are delays. Why offer this fake delivery tracker when you know it doesn’t work? Who has time to sit on a school night waiting for food when you’re trying to get your kids some pizza for a delivery that is never going to come. You try not to call or complain, but the later it gets the worse you feel. I ended up speaking with the manager and she was pretty pathetic, no help at all. she just gave me the short staffed speech as if that helps me in anyway. If you’re a manager step up and help out! All they can say is sorry, they don’t care because it’s not their problem and they do not care. I’m spending 60 bucks on two pizzas and some pasta and they can’t even deliver… after seeing the previous review about the police being called on a customer, I can definitely live without Domino’s.

Domino's is one of our families favorites.
I just wonder why they don't wear gloves when adding toppings.
We don't eat pork and just the thought of them touching pork right before making our pizza's, bothers me.
I think I will ask them to wear gloves or at least wash their hands before making our pizza's.
Other than that, they have great customer service and delicious pizza.

Says they close at 1 am but the don't, they close an hour sooner. Waste of time. Their management is weak and faulty.

We ordered 2 pizzas from the store in tolleson at 530 pm.. didn't receive our pizzas till 740pm.. they were cold and looked over cooked..
