I ordered 8 pizzas online two hours in advance for pickup at 6. I show up right on time, and the guy who greets me (with all the enthusiasm of a wet napkin) tells me it’ll be another 30 minutes. Then adds, “If that’s too long, you can just cancel.” Seriously? That’s your customer service line?
“We’re too busy” is not an answer. You had two full hours to get it done, my guy. Absolute trash service.

I’m not sure why Anthem Dominos doesn’t have 5 stars! We order here weekly and it’s perfect every time. We prefer it over any other pizza place in anthem. The hot sandwiches are off the charts. The delivery is always quick and on time and drivers are always very respectful. It’s nice to have a great Dominos. Thank you!!

They cancelled my order for no damn reason I ordered carryout & opted to pay in-store so there was no reason for these idiots to cancel my god damned order
Not available to deliver it, tried to ask for a refund, lady was super rude and decided to get really snarky so I end up having to get loud for her to listen then she walks away from the phone and says I'm yelling at her. Okay how about you have your manager go listen to the recorded phone call. NEVER have I ever had a problem till this lady I talked to on march 1st, 2025 at 2:26 talked to me on the phone. I expect a refund and never will order here again.

Best Domino's in Phoenix hands down. The pizzas always come home looking like they do on tv! Portions are always appropriate with great looking pizzas. Using the $6.99 coupon always makes you feel like you are getting free pizza.
